Customer support on another level
I was surprised how engaging the Ergonix team was. I had no issues really, but they informed about the status of the shipment and checked if everything is okay once I asked the courier to meet me some other day. Then they sent me a present - new softer wheels and asked for review. And yes of course I will share a review. I mean the people at Ergonix are on a level of customer support I haven't seen before! Young business, but doing things right from the start. Unfortunately I haven't tried the chair yet as the work room is still a project in-progress.
I'm a very happy client.

Liaudiškai tariant, kėdė yra afigena. Labai patogi, galima nusireguoliuoti bet kokiam ūgiui. Praėjus kuriam laikui nustebino atsiųsdami dovanų naujus ratukus (guminius).
Surinkinėdamas kėdę buvau apie tai pagalvojąs, kad plastikiniai ratukai nelabai tinka, perskaitė turbūt mano mintis :)

Great Ergonomic Chair
I was looking for a comfortable work chair to help with my back pain. I'm tall (198 cm), and there aren’t many ergonomic chairs that fit my height well. Very happy with this purchase — the chair feels great, and even though the business is new, it clearly aims for long‑term quality.

Total game changer for my home office
Total game changer for my home office! I was so tired of my old plastic wheels scratching up my hardwood floors and catching on every little crumb. These Ergonix wheels glide like butter and are completely silent. I was able to ditch my ugly plastic floor mat entirely. If you have hard floors, these are a non-negotiable upgrade

Looks nice, comfy, fast shipping and it seams that team is working a lot on customer experience. Overall I think it's possible to find a better deal on the market however I needed decent product and fast delivery and they exceeded my expectations.
