Please think very carefully before…
Please think very carefully before signing any paperwork for this company they are very deceptive and are not interested in selling your business they are looking to charge you through the roof for doing nothing. They tell you there is nothing to pay unless they successfully sell the business but this is a lie! They will add all kinds of charges and harass you. I wish I never got in touch with this company, do your homework before contacting them as it will be a costly mistake!

One of the worst companie in UK. Avoid to work with them. Never don't leave with them any penny as deposit. You can/sell a business without to work with them.

Ernest Wilson false information
Ernest Wilson proceeded to advertise my business when I was still negotiating a lease with the landlord. They had promised to wait until I had this in place before commencing saying they would still need the rest of the paperwork before going ahead. Stuart has lied again and again including in court. The judges seem to side with them which is disappointing and means this continues. Please report them for their actions to as many governing bodies as possible. Please avoid. Read the small print. Find a reputable company and read the reviews for the company before you even contact them.

Read the terms and conditions!!
What they don’t make you aware of is that even after they take a percentage of your sale, they’ll charge you for the advertising as well! Nothing is for free!
Even if they don’t sell your business they will still stick you for the advertising bill.
Plenty of other agents out there, avoid this one if you can!

Consistently efficient
I have dealt with ernest wilson many times over many years and I’ve always found them to be consistently very efficient, all the staff i’ve dealt with here have also been very pleasant and efficient, they seem to have a very good culture within their office.

No shame
After 2 years when my business was dissolved I get this bailiffs notice in my hands to pay an outrageous sum of money and that's after CCJ I had no idea about what fits these conmen very well. First of all they must have known when they evaluated the business in Jan 22 that it was not saleable, they just used the fact that we had no idea how this works and that English was not our first language and then they sent an invoice to unmonitored email in March 23 for 14 months of marketing even though the lease agreement ended in March 22. They did the CCJ behind my back and now sending bailiffs to sniff around my ex's house and harass her and our daughter. The business went down after the pandemic and the life has been a struggle ever since and these people have absolutely no shame to chase people trying to survive in this kind of environment
