I was a happy affiliate for this company and this program until someone decided to withhold many thousands of dollars in commissions earned for a deal that closed last November. There has been no clear explanation. All I know for certain is that my client paid their fee in full. ERTC Express received the payment and closed the deal and has refused to pay me my share of the commission from that closed deal. It's very discouraging because I've literally waited for years for some of these deals to come through, and I trusted the integrity of the people in this company.

New level of bad customer service. I would not give them one star if that was an option. I have requested a call at least 15 times. Josh in accounts receivable (turns out he's a manager), said the email listed on the invoice for questions on the invoice is not an email address that is monitored. He also said the second customer service email I was reaching out to is not monitored as well. I since have what I know are valid email addresses, have requested calls, and can't get a call. If you want pay a company a lot of money for this kind of service, you now know what you are getting into.
