The lady i conversed with when i placed my order was kind, informative and made the whole process as smooth as possible to ensure i got my outfit earlier than i had anticipated. The outfit was beautifully sewn and absolutely loved the packaging..the little touches made the experience of ordering and receiving my outfit that little bit more special. The suit (Pinko) is absolutely stunning. The work is so intricate, the fabric is high quality, and the pink color is accurate. It has a heavy-ness to it that makes it look and feel good. If you’re thinking of purchasing go ahead! The customer service is also amazing!

I really liked an outfit and wanted to buy it. But i couldn't pay via bank due to my bank's restrictions. I wished to pay via western union or remitly as I live abroad but that option was not available to me. The only option available for payment was an international bank transfer

I had a wonderful experience with Erum Jamal. Their customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced from any Pakistani brand. When my first order didn’t fit properly, they went above and beyond by remaking the outfit and even covering the cost of international shipping. They were incredibly responsive via WhatsApp, making sure every detail of the fitting was just right. The quality of the fabric, the design, and the stitching is excellent. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for the outstanding service and craftsmanship!

I haven't receive my parcel yet so can't review that for now but as of customer service, I would say its 10/10. The response is very quick and the person was very nice and helpful.
