Beware the Cord!

Ordering the Eskimo was easy, and delivery was fast. The actual towel rail is as pictured, but I was disappointed that there isn't a way to wire it without the cord showing on the bottom, even though it is not pictured that way anywhere on their website. When you dig into their instructions, it is pictured the way it is -- with the black cord visible at the bottom of the device. I would not knock them down for this, except it is deceptive, and that annoyes me.

I received the delivery of my Loop…

I received the delivery of my Loop heater today. From the date of order to delivery in Canada, it took only 6 days for Eskimo to deliver. The finish looks stunning in person and better than in pictures. It has just been a few hours since we have used this heater, and the functionality is good so far. I will write a long term performance review after a month.

Poor communication, late to ship b/c in stock item wasn’t actually in stock

Ordered a Gordon towel warmer that said it was in stock and would be delivered in 3 - 11 days. 10 days later it still hadn’t even shipped. Emailed and was told that it was back ordered due to an unexpected surge in orders (they were having a sale, isn’t the whole point of a sale to increase orders?). Was told it would ship by the following Monday. It didn’t, and again no communication that there would be a further delay, so I had to again follow up. This delayed my whole bathroom project by several weeks.

Poor communication not sure if I’ll ever get my item

I haven’t even received my item much less a tracking number (that actually works/shows actual tracking). So much so that it feels like a scam- I feel like I should call my card company and cancel the payment.

Towel heater from Eskimo is the perfect addition to my bathroom. My bathroom has no windows and bad ventilation always resulted in soggy and damp towels. Gordon has solved this problem without any additional bills.

Not good for heating a towel; ridiculous return shipping

Ordered a Gordon heated towel rail as I currently have a drawer towel heater and will not be able to fit one in our new build. The Gordon is gorgeous and effective in drying the towels but NOT for a nice heated towel. Not enough towel comes in contact with the heating element to accomplish that. I do realize the company does not advertise it as a towel warmer, but thought I would give it a try because I love the styling. However, when I returned the item it had to be shipped to the UK from the US, resulting in ridiculous shipping charges!! Do not order this item in the US unless you are absolutely certain you’re going to keep it!!

Perfect stone radiators

I was browsing through different radiator options at a radiator showroom and Eskimo’s stone finish radiators caught my attention. The radiators looked nothing like anything else that is available in the market.

I placed an order for 3 Cliff radiators and they all have exceeded my expectations quality and performance wise. The wait time for the radiators was a bit longer than what we expected, but they were worth the wait and the price. The sales team was also very patient with my queries and concerns related to the fitting and installation.

Great people to deal with

Great people to deal with. We ordered 4 Gordon towel rails with 4 timer controls. Our installers lost brackets for 2 Gordons by mistake so we contacted Eskimo to sell us spare brackets. They were nice enough to send us spare brackets for free with next day delivery. We received the brackets next day early in the morning and were able to finish our installs.

Radiators have been working great and they look stunning in all our bathrooms.

I recently upgraded my bathroom with Eskimo's Gordon electric heated towel rail, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer in transforming my daily routine. From chilly mornings to luxurious warm-ups, this heat rail has exceeded all my expectations. Aside from a top notch quality product, the Eskimo customer support team has been tremendous. I ordered two towel rail but ended up only using one of them due to one of the bathroom size and layout. The team went above and beyond to help me arrange for a return. I've never came across with a company with staff so kind and understanding of the situation. The team truly put customer first. I will definitely purchase their products again in the future if I need anymore heaters

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. The contact us link on the website was answered quickly with lots of relevant personalised information to help me decide which radiator I needed.
Chose a Column in Fronze finish. It arrived quickly and very well packed.
It looks great, and performs well.
I like the fact that the company is based in the UK and manufacturers here too.
Recommended.

Neat design with perfect functionality…

Neat design with perfect functionality for drying my towels quickly. No issue drying multiple towels either.

Asked for a white sample chip to be sent to my address to make sure rails white matched with the white colour on our walls and they sent the chip within 2 days. Great customer service.
