The expected delivery date has been missed repeatedly, and despite waiting for over six months, there has been little to no proactive communication regarding the status of the order. We have had to continuously chase for updates ourselves, only to be informed of further delays each time.
Whilst I appreciate that supply chain issues can occasionally occur, the lack of communication, transparency, and customer service throughout this process has been unacceptable. Waiting over six months for a furniture delivery is something I have never experienced before.
The delays have caused significant inconvenience, and I feel let down by the way this matter has been handled. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and would be reluctant to place another order with them in the future.
I hope the company takes steps to improve its communication and customer service so that other customers do not experience the same issues.

Do not use this company
I am still awaiting my bedside tables which I ordered over 2 months ago despite emailing them several times.. to which they have never responded. Similarly phoning them gets no answer.
Now having to go through my bank to try to get a refund .. £800 .. worst company I’ve ever bought from .. please please do not purchase from them

I have thankfully been refunded for mine by my bank, but see so many comments not knowing what to do - get in contact asap.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to be extremely disappointed!! I placed and paid for an order for a Louis dining table with six chairs and a matching console table on 16th February this year and was told delivery would be 7-14 days or sooner! However that was not to be and I was constantly chasing them for updates. Their customer service is absolutely shocking as they didn’t answer the phone but used WhatsApp and emails, even that wasn’t consistent. I was told several times that they were arranging delivery but kept cancelling or giving excuses. I was now into April and still no furniture so I sent another email saying if they didn’t give me a definite date I would cancel and need refunding. I got no reply so emailed and sent a WhatsApp message saying I was taking advice. All I got back was “allow me to check “and that’s the last I heard from them!! I then had to go to my bank for help who filed a “section 75” against them. I have only just got confirmation today that the bank is refunding me. They have had my money for four months which has caused me a lot of anxiety so please think carefully before dealing with this company as I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. I gave them 1 star because there wasn’t an option for zero!!

* this should be zero stars. I have purchased a dressing table from Esme furnishings in March, paying the full amount of £783. I have not received the dressing table or a refund after initially keeping in touch with me both promising the dressing table and then a refund of which I’ve had neither they now will not open or respond to any correspondence. Please beware do NOT use this company.

Esme furnishing is a scarm, plesae guys be very carefull. This guys have refused to delivered the iterms I purchased in Febuary which is 4 dinning chair and a dining table. They delivered just 2 dinning chairs in March the day the installement will be taken from my account and the matter is now with the consumer rights.

Horrendous customer service as well as being a scam. Ordered The Manhattan designs Russo Pandora Marble Lamp end table on the 12th of March, received no update whatsoever that my order has even been shipped, a month ago I requested a refund which they agreed to then never refunded me, I followed up with another email which fell to deaf ears as they haven’t even responded to me. Not sure what to do as they are a registered business, worth attempting to sue them over theft and fraud?

Think before you buy I made a purchase which I never received, company told me they would refund had to go through my bank section 75 to claim back refund 5 months later!

*Scam company* have had to raise a section 75 claim through my credit card provider for failure to deliver goods or provide a refund. AVOID
Order placed for a media unit and was showing in stock with delivery within 2 weeks. No communication and had to chase several times. Several weeks later I was told it would be delivered the next day. The morning of supposed delivery I receive an email saying it had fallen off the pallet and they didn’t have another in stock. I could either wait 3 months for a new one or get a refund. I chose the refund which I was assured would be with me in 7-14 working days. This time passed without a refund despite contacting several times and making a formal complaint. Luckily I paid on credit card and raised a section 75 claim. This whole process took over 5 months with them keeping my money. If the price looks too good to be true that’s because it is!!

Terrible experience with this seller!

I ordered wall panels and the payment was taken from my account immediately. I was later informed that there were quality issues with a batch of products, so I patiently waited for a replacement batch to become available.
After waiting for over three months, I still did not receive the products I paid for, nor was I offered a refund. To make matters worse, the company eventually stopped responding to my emails altogether, leaving me with no updates and no resolution.
This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The only reason I got my money back was thanks to PayPal, which stepped in and processed a refund.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
My order was repeatedly delayed beyond the promised delivery dates. When the furniture finally arrived, it did not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
I returned the items and the return process took approximately three months. Despite the company receiving the returned goods, I still have not received my refund.
The company does not respond to my emails or messages, and it has been impossible to reach them by phone. My attempts to resolve this matter directly have been ignored.
As a result, I have started legal proceedings to recover my money. I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing from this company.

Absolutely dreadful company.
Do not order from them. I ordered a sofa on 10th March 3 months later no sofa and no refund and no answers to email.
Clearly fraudulent - DO NOT USE

Communication poor. Item initially was on website delivered within 14 days but excuses after excuses this kept being delayed longer than 3 months. in the end i gave up .asked for a refund and still waiting for it. avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
The table arrived damaged, but the defects were not visible at first glance. Once we started assembling it, we discovered several chips and damaged areas in different parts of the table.
The biggest disappointment has been the after-sales service. We reported the issue, but nobody has responded to our complaint or attempted to resolve the problem. We feel completely ignored as customers.
In the past, this company seemed to care about its customers and its reputation. Unfortunately, that no longer appears to be the case. Based on our experience, there is no reliable support once they have received your money.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect any meaningful assistance or customer service.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. If it were possible to award 0 stars, that would more accurately reflect my experience.

Throughout my dealings with this company, my emails went unanswered, my telephone calls were ignored, and attempts to communicate via their WhatsApp customer service channel were met with a completely unprofessional and dismissive attitude. The level of customer service provided has been unacceptable from start to finish.

As the company has failed to address or resolve my concerns through the appropriate customer service channels, I will now be pursuing the matter through the proper avenues for resolution.

This experience has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would urge potential customers to exercise caution before engaging with them.

I purchased a dining table with seats on 7th March 2026 order number DUX053195801, l have not received it to date. The first email said l will receive it between 7-14days. It never happened.
Have written several emails and all l get are lies, ooh you delivery will be on 13 April , it never came.l wrote another email, they said my delivery will happen on 16th April, it never came.
I wrote another email and l got a reply that the courier did not add my order on their list. I was given another date, 26th May, today is 30th May,nothing has been delivered l wrote a message yesterday it has gone unanswered.

As we speak l want to take legal action on them.

Brought a dining set from Esme Furnishings recently. Ordering was simple, delivery information was helpful just delayed for 2 days but everything arrived in good condition. Quality looks good for the price, and it fits perfectly in our home. Very pleased with how the whole process went.
