Thank you for your feedback, we’re really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the customs charges.
We completely understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, customs fees are set by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control as a retailer. These charges can vary depending on the country, the value of the order, and how the items are assessed on arrival, which means we’re unable to accurately advise an exact amount at the time of ordering.
In terms of refunds, we are of course always happy to accept returns in line with our policy, however any customs duties or import fees are non-refundable as they are not paid to us.
As a small business, we always aim to be as transparent as possible and to support our customers wherever we can. If you felt comfortable doing so, we would really appreciate you considering updating your review to reflect that these charges are outside of our control.
