The movers were really awesome—super…
The movers were really awesome—super professional and did a great job. Unfortunately, the main office was a mess. I ended up paying more than expected, and they seemed more focused on squeezing out extra money than providing a good experience. They told me they’d send a third guy, then an hour later said he wasn’t coming, and then he randomly showed up anyway. It seems like the office is disorganized and not on the same page as their crew. The guys on the ground were great, but the office needs serious improvement.

Professional & Efficient
The moving crew was professional, efficient and courteous. They arrived on time, worked diligently and finished faster than expected. The quote was reduced as promised to reflect the actual moving time. Since this was the first time we had used a moving company in NYC, we had a lot of questions and adjustments which Emil handled quickly and professionally. We will definitely use them again!

Everything was perfect with Stipe and his team. They arrived on time and were extremely quick. They were careful with my furniture, TV and my Peloton bike. This has been the best moving experience I've ever had. You will not make a mistake if you hire them.
