I’ve been following the schedule supplied by EssentialDerma and after 2 sessions I am already seeing an improvement of my skin. Definitely more glowing. Can’t wait to see further results as I continue with the schedule! Fast shipping and quality product.

I have been using the 1mm on my skin for about a year and couldn’t be happier. It also helps my serums penetrate better. The customer service is amazing. Highly recommend.

GIMMICK…
Attempted to use product for six months along with correctly prescribed medication; no noticeable difference in hair loss.
A genuine GIMMICK by a company that claims to be the largest manufacturer in Australia-after researching they are the ONLY derma- roller company in the country.
And BTW…..the box it arrived in is stamped made in CHINA all over it! I guess they like the song, ‘Living A Lie’!
Reply from Essential Derma: these folks just can’t stop imagining; I’m in the US and do not believe that they do not ship here; the medication I was talking about is an OTC which is the number one seller in the world-Rogaine; as far as not ordering from these , why would I supply all these details. STAY AWAY!

Reliable company
This is my second time ordering with Essential Derma. I use the derma roller every 4 - 5 weeks to facilitate the penetration of my skin treatments. The items arrive quickly, no issues at all. It has been a positive experience.

Trying the 1 derma roller
I am happy to be trying the 1 derma roller and so far I have enjoyed using it, as per instructions. My skin, after only a couple of uses, seems smoother and also feels a bit tighter. I haven't used proper serums so essentially it's the roller itself making a difference. Really nice.

I checked with our team regarding your order and can see that you sent 6 emails, posted 2 negative reviews online and threatened ACCC action regarding this issue, all within 4hrs of your purchase 😢
While we do reply to all emails as quickly as we can (usually in less than 12hrs). Sometimes during busy periods, its hard for us to reply in under 4hrs.
I've been told that we responded to your 1st email at the 4hr mark and offered to reimburse you for the 10% discount that didn't work correctly but you didn't reply to us.
We think solving a small issue like this in 4hrs is a reasonable response, but if there's anything else we can do to turn this into a positive experience please let us know.

I have been using the derma rollers for about 8 months now and it really has made a difference.
I would recommend this to anyone wishing to improve your skin tone and overall skin appearance.
My age spots on my face have dramatically faded and my skin is looking much brighter and younger. A much loved product, don’t expect it to change how you look over night, but over time you will notice it and so will others. 5 stars
