Hello Melda, I have looked in our data base for any orders and we haven't received any orders from anyone with the name Melda Yavas. Please call me at 972-255-3918 and provide an order number and I am happy to research and resolve. It is possible you placed an order at another website? Alternatively you may email me orders@essentialformulas.com a copy of your order confirmation and I would be able to assist you from that document. Often I find that the email confirmation is for another product and company. Additionally, we don't ship to Switzerland. There are companies in Europe that would be responsible for shipping to you if you place an order there. Please forward any order you have so I might track to the individual or the company you placed an order with. Alternatively, you should notify your credit card company of non receipt or fraudulent order and that will send a chargeback to the company you really placed your order and secure you a refund. In any event, it is clear to me that your review above is meant for another business or product. If you feel I am wrong, please submit the information to me for researching.

Amazing Product and Delivery
I was so surprised that I received my order sooner than I expected. The package was secured. The vendor added samples of other products for me to try and a booklet describing the other products the company offers. I was so excited.I already recommended the company and product to family and friends.

I’m leaving this review not only because I love their products and absolutely swear by them so much so that I recommend them to my friends but because of their customer service. I just ordered from them today and was having a problem with the promo code so I simply left a message asking that they be sure it was added to the order since it wasn’t. they gave me a complete refund and still sent the products anyways! I would never expect a company to go so far so when they do I make sure the good deed gets a mention.
