Warning: SCAM site (essentialhoodies.ca)
I was misled into purchasing from this website. I ordered a Grey FOG hoodie for about $200. Immediately after my purchase I became suspicious because the confirmation email came from a strange email address '@stuffy.com' and the merchant name was 'Nostalgic Trendz', based out of the US (even though their website says they are located in Alberta, Canada) so I went online and googled them and found that others had been duped into buying from their site and either were ignored or got fake gear. I asked for a refund immediately and got no response even after waiting a week so I sent another follow up email and a few days later i was told that i would get the refund and two weeks later and i still have not got my refund. So I had to put a dispute in with my bank.
Red Flags to Watch For:
Lack of a real physical business address.
Customer service that stops responding after payment is made.
