Total scam. Human hair cost for synthetic crap.

Don't even bother ordering from this company!! They use other people's photos/videos from insta and tiktok.....the products supplied are crap! lots of issues!! Colour, style and quality is different from photos on site! Shocking quality...nasty cheap looking!! SCAM

Hair is not real, and not as advertised, do not buy. And returns you have to pay to have it shipped back to China. DO NOT BUY!

The quality of this piece is awful. It looks like doll hair. So fake. Do not buy you cannot return.
I cant believe they actually sell this piece of crap.

If I could check no stars it would make me feel a lot better. Hell you can’t even get in touch with these people to send back your toppers. I’ve left email,after email with no response. I bought three toppers and all of them were advertised as human hair, and when they got to my home, it was nothing short of a joke. I’ve seen better hair on a Barbie doll. What they sent me was not human hair. This is such a fraud. In fact none of the toppers were even close to the colors I ordered.,With all of the complaints on here, and can see why they published them. One thing for sure though, I won’t go down without a fight. Every ad I see on social media, I will write on there just how much of a scam this truly is.

The company sent me a completely different product than what was advertised. In place of a human hair topper in the color I ordered I received a cheap synthetic topper. When I requested to return it their customer service said I would be required to pay the expensive return shipping. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

If I could give half a star I would.....I ordered it. No big deal, took money. Took forever to get here. Finally did. Was so friggen disappointed. 1) hair length was much longer than what I ordered. Because of that I think 2) the topper was very heavy and wouldn't stay on. 3) the piece that clips into the hair was much smaller than advertised on those videos and it looked and felt like a wig! Was nothing seamless about the hair piece. It looked and felt like a wig.
When I wrote an email complaining, they only wanted to give me a small percentage back and I argued for more. They agreed at $20 was "fair" which was more than half what I paid.
But it would have cost me more than what I paid for it to send it back to China or wherever it came from. False advertising for sure. Now I'm stuck with a hair piece. Maybe for next Halloween I can use it. LOL

The show images of a nice topper but what you get is trash, and if you want to send it back they insist you send it to China and not the address listed on the website. I will now be forced to reverse the charge in my card. Stay away from these crooks

I ordered from this company. They portray and use picture models and video of John Renau wigs and hair toppers. Very quick shipping I will have to admit even though it's coming from china. They do use an address that is in Los Angeles but trust me that is not where the shipping comes from. I received my order. It says that it is Virgin European hair when it is purely Chinese synthetic crap. Save your money do not bother buying. If you do buy it through PayPal because if you're not satisfied then you can submit a dispute with PayPal and I got a full refund from them. When I reached out to the company's customer service and wanted to do a return and full refund they only offered me 20% and then offered me 30%. That was completely unacceptable.

I purchased a human hair wavy 10 inch topper. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time but the quality is terrible. It is SYNTHETIC hair and it is not made well. Pieces of the black netting on the light brown topper were sewn to the outside and hung out over the bangs. It would even do well for Halloween.

The product is nothing like the picture, is cheap, and absolutely unwearable. The hair is like doll hair.

If I could I would give them no stars. The product is trash and they charge you shipping to China if you want to return the crappy product. Hair was falling out when I removed it from the bag. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

If I could give them Zero stars that’s what they would get!!!! They are a fraud. Just as the other review said they will send a cheap synthetic hair topper from China and you will have the hardest time getting your money back. Good thing I bought with PayPal because they are backing me and I have a claim on them to get my money back. Still pending so stay tuned!

You are responsible for the shipping fee and it cost more to ship it back to China.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. The quality is that of a costume wig. It smells terrible and is a waste of money.

So far I’m seriously beginning to doubt this company. I asked them to not use Canada post as they are on strike so they agreed then used Canada post anyway. So they have my money and all I get is an electronic message from Canada post that they have not received the product and are not accepting any shipments anyway. this company is telling me it was sent I use the tracking number and it doesn’t exist. They avoid my concerns as they have my money anyway.
