I do love the front and the way it feels but the back embroidery really let it down, it’s just way to small

After 6 months of a nightmare experience with another supplier (and still no uniforms) we decided to take our custom elsewhere.
I’m so glad we found essential workwear! The whole process - order, proof, delivery - was completed in around 2 weeks! And we couldn’t be happier with the service, price and the quality!
We will definitely be ordering again!

Hi Rasul, apologies you did not have a brilliant experience.
The Printer Prime polo shirt you ordered is one of our best sellers, so I am surprised by your comments. If you could please email me your feedback back on the materials, I can try and get this sorted with our supplier.
Furthermore, I apologise for the poor communication you received, please again email me with what happened so we can try and improve our internal processes.

Many thanks.

Great service, Great product
Emily was a pleasure to deal with, they came out by far the best value when compared to others on the same products. I went with the Printer two tone range and I am so impressed with the quality and fit. Our logo looks great and it was a really fast and efficient service. Thank you!

The selection of items available is superb. As first-time shoppers, we opted for a bundle of different clothing pieces, and each one impressed us with its outstanding quality. Both the print and embroidery are executed to a very high standard. I needed to make two changes to my order via phone, which was handled effortlessly. The team was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and well-informed. We're definitely planning to make more purchases!
