Excellent service! The online tool was super easy to use, the garments and embroidery were top quality, and I really appreciated the helpful email suggesting a small tweak to improve the final result—great customer care!

I had the pleasure of working with Claire from the artwork team—she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the products were high quality at a fair price. I’ll definitely be placing more orders and have already recommended the company to friends in need of workwear.

Absolutely stellar customer service! Huge shoutout to Emily for being an absolute legend throughout the entire ordering process. I was on a tight deadline to get polos sorted for a U.S. trip — right over the Easter Bank Holiday, no less — and she made it happen with ease. The communication was seamless, the support was top-notch, and the order was delivered perfectly on time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you! 🙌

Harry and Cece and the entire team as essential workwear are a dream to work with.
From finding the ideal product, supplying samples, proofs, to then dealing with a complex order with apparent ease.
Everything is immaculate on delivery.
Very pleased!

Decent sizes that actually fit and decent material so should last

Great service, and great products. Recommended.

Great quality polo shirts with a good logo. Cheers

I dealt with Harry and Claire and both were extremely helpful. I must’ve called them over 10 times to discuss various different things and each time they were more than happy to help and answered any questions I had. The uniform that we ordered was of the highest quality and looks incredibly smart. After searching for uniform from many other websites this was by far the best one and I will definitely be using essential workwear in the future! Thank you to Harry, Claire and the team for incredible customer service and top quality uniform!

It was so easy to select the items I wanted from essential workwear and then ad my company name and logo. They offered me a chance to finalise my garments before completion and delivery was swift. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be using them again.

Odd small stitch coming undone on the embroidery, but overall for the price, it was really good quality. Good communication throughout. Really easy process. Delivery was smooth.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The team was helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted. The quality of the embroidery and print is excellent, and the turnaround time was spot on. Would definitely recommend and use again!
