If you’re a property owner considering ESTAGA, think twice. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.
They advertise a 17% management fee, but with hidden charges (resort fees, pet fees, cleaning fees, etc.) you’ll end up paying well over 20%—and you’ll never see any of that extra income. Their cleaning crews are unprofessional and often leave the house half-clean, hurting your guest ratings.
Ximena Avila, our main contact, was rude and dismissive whenever we asked for receipts or proof of expenditures. Ayrton Calderon, their so-called “Owner Relations Specialist,” proved himself untrustworthy. After we agreed to part ways with a 60-day notice, he cancelled 6 guest reservations—totaling 20 days—without our consent, while we still had over a month left on our contract. Worse, they refused to share guest info so we could rebook them ourselves. It felt like deliberate sabotage.
When we questioned these shady actions, they hung up and stopped communicating.
This company will put its own profits ahead of your property, your guests, and your business. They are not transparent, not professional, and not to be trusted. Let this be a warning: Avoid ESTAGA at a cost!
Sorry, but how can you say the items were normal wear and tear.
The house was built in October of 2024 and everything in it was purchased new in February of 2025. No one had slept in that house until the first guest that you booked for us in mid-February. As usual you are lying again. You manage to delete all of the 1-star reviews including mine on other sites. But don't worry I will keep spreading the word about your scam.
