Amazing customer service!
Helped me out so much with anh questions or issues that came up! With quick replies and amazing selection of things to say to me to reassure me and to help me feel at ease when there was a problem! Honestly have not seen better customer service! I will be shooping here agin based on that alone! l could nor be happier with how the staff act here+!

I ordered a part for my computer last…
I ordered a part for my computer last night excited as I've just been paid. I woke up this morning thrilled to have the part coming that day until I got an email explaining that they have oversold the product and that a full refund has been given although, I have no received my refund.

Michael, we are incredibly sorry that we were unable to fulfill your order on this occasion. It isn't often this happens but unfortunately this time we missed the mark. Your refund was processed instantly, however as your payment was made via debit/credit card, the refund is subject to the banks standard 3-5 day turnaround (although it should appear sooner). A refund confirmation was sent to you via email.
We do have a range of Ryzen processors still in stock, if any of these are of interest to you please let me know via george@epiceasy.co.uk and will provide a discount code for you.
Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do our best in the future to reduce situations like this.
