Scam...they will take your money and not replace or fix your phone. I paid my money payments, broke my phone, paid the deductible and sent my phone in. I never received my phone back nor a refund for my deductible.

Scam. I submitted a claim in May and they responded once and then I never heard from them again. I have sent claims over 25 times and when you try to call their claims phone number it just hangs up on you. They take your money and never respond. I tried to get my money back and was unsuccessful so then they use that as an excuse to not pay.

This is a 2020 Update!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY INSURANCE. After months of trying to get someone from their team to acknowledge their mistake, they've yet to take ownership and re-establish my warranty for my laptop. They canceled my warranty without ever letting me know, and even though I continued to reach out to support to find out why and show proof of my purchase, they've yet to take accountability for cancelling and re-establishing my warranty! DO NOT PURCHASE

My phone cracked, and I filed an online complaint, and haven't heard nothing from these thieves. Charging me money for insurance, and not producing any responses. Buyer beware.
Impossible to get service.
I purchased a policy 1-29-20 and made a claim 7-5-20 I was told I would be contacted within 2 days and its 7-14-20 and haven't heard a thing, they don't answer my calls or return my calls, Ive left messages on their website and it says they will contact me within 24hrs and haven't been contacted. I called their accounting office and left a message and they say they will contact me within 2 days and ive heard nothing. I do not know if they are in business, ive called the claims office everyday all day and am told to call back. I paid for a policy and they took my money, they will not give me anything for what I paid.

I submitted a claim for my iPhone X last year. After many dozens of contacts through their online logged-in environment (Claim ticket follow up), online chat, and emails, I have never received a new phone, check, or any other reimbursement. Of course, they have had premiums from us for three recent phones and several earlier phones and they have my deductible payment, as well. The damaged phone was removed from all Apple accounts, as requested.
My policy is still current within the online account area and we have never made a prior claim. I have screen shots and emails of all evidence with Esurranty.
The last response I received was from February 2020, despite many more contacts from myself to their three modes of communication.
Do note that if you dial their sales line, they give you an extension for claims, which promptly terminates your call.
I am expecting to file in small claims court, but there isn’t even a current address with which to send the filing.
Stay away from this company!!
ESSURANTY IS A SCAM!!!
I’d give them no stars if I could! It was a complete nightmare.....the short version of the story is that they don’t return phone calls or emails. They simply take your money and your phone, then rise of into the night. I cancelled my policy back in late 2018 after they ripped me off by taking my money and my phone. Then acted like I was the jerk becuae I kept calling and emailing them for 3 months wonder where my phone was. Feb. 20, 2020 they charged my credit card for $25.00. I have called them multiple times to dispute it but no one will call me back. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THE BBB WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!

Terrible service from not responding to emails, voicemails and failing to pay out a claim for a cracked screen. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to no avail. Even though I cancelled my policy via their website 6 months ago, they have charged my credit card for another year of coverage. This is truly a scam.
This company is a FRAUD
This company is a FRAUD! Do not do business with them. We purchased 2-year insurance policies in 2017 for 4 iPhones. Subsequently without our knowledge or authorization we were billed again in 2019 and 2020 for the same amounts on the phones that we no longer own and cannot get the company to respond to phone calls or emails regarding these fraudulent charges. We are out over $800. for insurance on phones we do not even own. Our credit card company will help us out on the 2020 charges, but not the 2019 charges. Steer clear from this company!

I filed a claim in January of 2018, paid a $73 deductible and $99 deposit for a loaner phone. I never received the loaner phone, so thankfully never shipped the defective phone. I requested refund of $73 and $99. Refunds were not issued, so I disputed the charges with Visa. I canceled my policy.
Fast forward to January 2020. I have not had ANY business dealings with Esurranty since February of 2018 when my disputes were refunded. Now TWO YEARS LATER, not one, but two $73 charges appear on my credit card. I didn't even bother calling Esurranty. I reported the charges as fraud to VISA.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!:Worst customer service! Bought one year plan. iPhone XR broke and they said it needed to be replaced so I paid the higher replacement cost. I removed the phone from iCloud but apparently when they hook it up it reconnects which they said could happen. I provided them with the password as requested and that's the last I've heard from them. I have sent multiple emails, did the live chat and even tried to call. They absolutely refuse to answer. At this point I've disputed the charges with my credit card company and filed a claim with the BBB. I've contacted the police but need to go in with all my paper work and emails. I just want the phone back now so I can take it somewhere else. Again, stay away from this company!
Completely non-responsive with unauthorized or fraudulent charges
Signed up for a 1 year plan, 2 phones in January 2019. Saw 3 charges posted to my credit card in the 4th quarter even though I NEVER made a claim on the policy. Left a phone message on 12/27, chat message on 1/3/20, phone message on 1/8. No response from company. Finally worked with credit card company to dispute these charges. Now there's a renewal charge. I've called and left message on 1/30 to cancel this policy with no response. Called again today (2/5) to leave a message to cancel this policy. Don't waste your money.

No one will answer the phone on any of the options. No one replies to the message or email either. If I could give them zero stars I would. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with them.

I have an experience like those before me. After my phone was 3 years old I cancelled my policy early in 2019. This January I got charged again. I called and emailed and finally someone replied back and said they were going to research the issue. That is all I heard from them. Now I see my checking account has been charged again for another year. Now they owe my 93.70 and guess what. No one will answer the phone on any of the options. No one replies to the live chat either. If I could give them zero stars I would. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with them.

Seems like I am getting the same experience as many others - Esurranty is charging my credit card when there are no current invoices to pay. No update to my account. No response to email messages. No response se to voicemails. Finally called my credit card company to dispute charges and told the card company to refuse any future charges. The worst customer service I have ever seen from a company EVER......

I have been trying since mid December to reach a customer care or person of this company.I have tried live chat and still no help. I paid for a 1 year plan 28 June of 2019. After few months I noticed a charge on my credit card for the cost of the 1 year plan in December 2019 and Twice in January 2020.Till now i have been charged 3 times I will never use esurranty again and I will spread the word to family and friends.
Fraud Company
I took policy , and later I had issue with laptop and send them laptop they charged 49 deductible and send label after that there is no response from the esurranty company, monthly they are charging the deductible and charging the policy amount too , I was tired of contacting them no response on laptop it's been almost 10 months no response I contacted my credit card companies to take out charges, never take policy from essuranty and they will remove the reviews if they are low rated

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I cancelled my service over a year ago and they never refunded me. Instead, when I messaged them about it they charged me $73.31 AGAIN instead of removing the charge. I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer and they managed to charge me a 2nd time within a month. Nobody ever contacted me about my concerns and I NEVER AUTHORIZED THESE CHARGES.
They don't respond to email, reply to Internal messages, or pick up their phones EVER. They don't care about your experience, they simply want your money.
