I’ve already reviewed this product but since you keep asking me and since the business answered, I’m happy to share my thoughts on their response.
As much as they very thoroughly recognised that the quality of my order was poor, the solutions they provided were just not good. Solution 1 - printing the same design on the other side of the mug. Why someone would think that this can look good?! Besides they claimed that my design couldn’t be printed better…
Solution 2 - low value gift voucher for their shop. If I’m dissatisfied with their service and they are not willing to fix it, why would I ever wanted to buy from them.
Lastly, if providing high quality products was truly important to them, they would contact me before completing my order and informed me about the issue. It could have been easily solved.
