When I attempted to withdraw, they insisted on extra charges to release my assets. Luckily, Clǒt:têr:wâv:eş stepped in and helped reclaim my funds.

I placed an order and within minutes seen the address was wrong. I contacted them right away as was assured it was intercepted and changed. No it was not, now no product and no refund!!! You should not even be in business!!

Eterminal are scammers - in fact, id go far as to say they are the SAME people involved in the MAXON365 crypto scam. I got same correspondence as one of the other reviewers - they were promising to retrieve some lost funds which were in "HOLD". Got very agitated when i said i only deal via email not telephone.

Ordered through Kogan stores. Received an email that the item had been dispatched. No tracking number. 16 days later, still no item. Email sent via Kogan site. No reply. Dispute escalation started. Again no reply.

Item arrived broken, around 4 weeks later, few emails still nothing.
Never again.
Kogan should take care more about some sellers

Ordered on Kogan, Never received my item, was delivered to another state. Was Told maybe my neighbour has it.. like 9 hrs away, terrible company BEWARE! Never responds to emails. Do not order with them.

I ordered something through dick smiths and ended up with this bunch of morons, beware one star is one too many. BEWARE

I was contacted by someone claiming to work for Eterminal with respect to recovering funds that are allegedly frozen in the blockchain system. I checked via the company website support email if she was actually employed by them and apparently she is. However, having gone through similar calls with people asking to share screens and bank details before, I refused to use Anydesk at which point the woman became actually quite aggressive and terminated the conversation. If this is how a company behaves whilst telling you they are helping you then May the saints preserve us. This had all the indications of being yet another scam. I’d be interested to hear what company has to say on the matter.
