My experience is such better experience but website is not able to me because I am a student so i don't do the business in this time but I think this website is such a very good website for food businesses

Ordered three (03) products vide Order No. 93458 dated 11th October 2024. Payment made. Paid extra charges for speedy delivery. Received Two (02) shipments after lapse of One month. The third package is yet to receive. This is really frustrating. Even I requested for refund but no attention or response found ever after mail after mail.

One of the worst sites. I ordered 6 items and after 3 months received only one suit. Another 3 months later received another. Paid over us360 dollars. The item received looked different from the one online. Quality was horribly stiff. Thought washing would help but it did not. Emailed them daily but will receive a reply 2-3 weeks later with same reply that it has been shipped out But u dun receive any. After pestering them for refund they returned us120. A bunch of cheat n liars.

I purchased a replica from their website it took 6 days to make and 4 days for shipping ! The quality and handwork is amazing and i will most likely be purchasing more outfits from them in the future. They have outfits that are exactly the same as some other sites but the prices are reasonable. Since they all come from the same manufacturers you know the quality will be the same as the pictures. Highly recommend this store!

I placed my orders in October and received my order in December but in complete. I ordered 4 outfits, received 3, one without dupatta and 1 order not been shipped at all.
No one responding to my email, very frustrating experience, just wasted my money .😠😠😠

I am very much satisfied with my orders and will shop again and will recommend this to my friends and families. You guys doing a great job. And the best thing is you guys respond to emails which is great. Most company's do have email but never respond.

I ordered 3 suits on 3 Mar 2016 and got all on the 18th same month.
All I can say is very quick shipping.
The quality of the suits is good for casual wear, good cotton and it fits well - I am a xxxl size.
As I am tall, I was afraid of the height of the pants but all three of them fit me well.
I will try again to buy this time party wear to see how it gets.

You don't provide feedback to your customer. If you don't have sufficient stock, you do not update your website accordingly. I was totally disgusted with your service. You debited my account and three months later I was still waiting for my delivery. I will never buy from you again!

Ordered 4 salwar sets for last Eid, got only one salwar set before Eid, one came after Eid & not even the right size which was for my daughter, return shipped that item for correct size, instead of sending the correct sized set which was 2 size bigger than the wrong size they sent first time, they just tried to put a zipper in that same wrong very small dress at the back, with very bad quality stiching( sort of hand sewing) and tried to make the dress 2 size bigger which was a joke. Asked for a refund for this wrong sized dress, they didn't even answer, and for the other 2 sets they never arrived. So I couldn't do anything about it, they still owe me USD44, just thought okay let's believe in Karma....really bad experience, and the funny part is, I was a regular customer of Ethanica for a long time before this happened.....

I bought xl size and it was too tight (I am 5,1) But....I lost weight to wear it and it's perfect now.

Very bad. I had to give 2 another..cuz i cudnt fit that stupied dress. I use medium nd i order medium. Bt to u all u get wat u pay for these under 50..

I ordered 2 dresses, and received one after two months. When i asked about the other dress, i was told it was musplaced and they would refund me if they cant find it in 3-5 days. I never received either the dress or a refund! I sent many emails and never got a response. Horrible customer service and I will never use them again!
