I grabbed the 10k white gold ring during what i thought was a solid 10% promotional window. Naturally, less than 24 hours later, the site updated to a 25% off flash sale. I shot a quick email over to their help desk, half-expecting a bureaucratic runaround about purchase windows. Instead, a representative gave back the 15% price difference to my visa within 45 minutes, zero friction whatsoever.
The 5 carat cushion cut solitaire ring is gorgeous and the stone is great. However, the inner engraving on the yellow gold band is a little uncentered. Proposing in 3 days, so I can't ship it back yet. I will see if my fiancee wants to use the warranty to fix it later. Beautiful quality otherwise!

I wanted a low profile ring, and this Elongated cushion cut the ring nailed it. Custom ordered a 2.1 carat stone (F color, Vs1 Clarity) in 18k yellow gold with bezel to keep the edges looking bright.
The craftsmanship is phenomenal. No snagging on my knit sweaters at all. Insured shipping was seamless. If you want a morden, snag free ring, this exact setup is a total home run.
