Carhartt’s maat advies bleek niet…
Carhartt’s maat advies bleek niet overeen te komen voor het bestelde artikel. Retourzending ging probleemloos. De juiste maat bestellen duurde 1 dag.
Jammer dat het advies niet klopt. Maar super dat het afhandelen snel gaat. Nu nog de creditering afwachten.

Nothing works
I created an account but the login on their website just doesn’t work. It always says “System unavailable”.
Support ignored me, so I ordered as a guest.
I ordered three items, quality seems good although the sizes are a bit off.
Because two items didn’t fit I wanted to return, but it turns out the digital retour process doesn’t work either, it always says “Try again later or contact support”.
So I did contact support and they told me they are currently working on the problem.
That was three days ago and it still doesn’t work, neither does the login.
Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Leider waren die Shirts der ersten Bestellung zu groß.
Die Rücksendung war aber kein Problem und ging schnell und unkompliziert.
Kurzerhand neu bestellt und alles ist TOP.

Habe die Weste jetzt in beiden verfügbaren Farben. Größe fällt relativ groß aus, daher habe ich. Gr. S bestellt, obwohl ich normalerweise Gr. M trage. Allerdings sind die Westen zum Unterziehen für dünnere Jacken oder über Hemden gedacht. Ansonsten wäre M sinnvoller.

The clothes seem OK but the company is awful to deal with
Reading the reviews on Trustpilot seems to confirm my own opinion. If you are lucky enough to receive your order and the clothes fit then there is a good chance you will be happy with Carhartt. However in my case the order was placed and then nothing happened.. Apparently it was "lost" by the courier, whereas the courier say they never received it. I have now spoken to customer services 3 times on the phone and emailed customer care but made little progress. Carhartt have so far been unable to provide a shipping number for my replacement order so I have no idea what's going on. To date I have not had a single email from Carhartt at any point during this painful process. If my clothing ever arrives I have my fingers crossed that it fits me because having read the reviews below about the returns and refund process, I anticipate more inconvenience.
I can only state the facts as I found them. Carhartt took £250 of my money three weeks ago and I have nothing to show for it and no estimate of when it will be resolved.
