Ordered May11, still have not recieved. Says they are coming from China, must be on the slow boat because I still havent recieved them! First red flag was as everything came from 1 contact (Lewis,) then an email stating quality issues were holding things up 3-4 weeks. Its been over 6 now & still nothing. Awaiting refund.

They are liars and thieves they will send you a email and then claim it takes 24 hours to get back but they keep sending the same thing over and over one to two weeks two to three weeks to be sent to you you'll never get it and they won't send you your money back when you request a refund

Total scam! I ordered 3 months ago. I didn't receive nothing. No response. Save your money. This should be reported to the better business bureau

Same review as everyone else. This business is a scam. Paid for the product and did not receive it. Ordered may 6th. No updates on tracking. Tried emailing…nothing. SCAM!

It might be a good product, but I wouldn’t know because I haven’t received it and it’s been almost 2 months

So far 0 Stars out of 5. I purchased the product expecting it right away but I was told it would be in 4 to 6 weeks. I am 3 weeks in and still being told they are opening a business in Texas and my product will be shipped in 2 more weeks after waiting 2 weeks already. I really hope it works. So sad if it is all a scam

I ordered in April. When I received a shipping email, I waited a couple of weeks. When no product arrived, I emailed the company.

The company responded that they were moving production from China to Texas and that it’d be about 4-6 weeks before production came back online. At the 7 week mark, I emailed again and was told they were still 2 weeks out from being ready to ship.

2 weeks is up next week. I’ll see what happens.

Submitted an order in May after seeing an advertisement on Instgram. Immediately, I received a message that there were quality concerns and offered a refund or a free canister. Since the money was already withdrawn, I elected for the additional canister. I was excited to see shipment details received in the Shop app, but that was the last communication or update I have received. I emailed the receipt to the email address offered for customer service. That email was weeks ago and I have not received a response. At this point, I have no faith in receiving the product or a refund. Any positive reviews I had read are well outweighed from the frequency of complaints of unfulfilled orders.

i placed an order on April 25 and still have not received my order.

after i bought it i was informed they were in a moving processes. i ordered mine in April and got my refund after about my 9th email.

Hard to review since I placed order 5 weeks ago and never received product ,they took the money immediately but never shipped or sent update after saying went viral ugh a big nothing after waiting 5 weeks . Maybe it’s good I Would not recommend solely on customer experience

this is complete scam.

I placed my order nearly a month ago and it has yet to ship. I send in a request for a refund today on the 11th of June. Original order was the 15th of last month. I am glad they answer their emails!

**SCAM**Never received pouches. It’s been 4 weeks. Phone number goes to voicemail , no response to emails. I wish I would have come across these reviews before. I went to order page but didn’t place an order, I received 2 separate texts with discounts promo codes. I placed the order but no product, I texted the number and no response. DO NOT BUY. SCAM

Do not buy this. Do not trust them. You will try to contact them. They will not answer you. You’ll be lucky if you can dispute the charge and get your money back. It’s been almost a month since I’ve ordered mine and all it says is that it’s that the custom still after seeing all the other reviews I do not want this product anymore. Do not buy it. Save your money for something else if I could give 1/4 of a star, I would.

After a bad experience with Oasis Pouches, Lindsey from Euphoria promised me a different, improved experience. She even checked to see what was in stock so I would have my product fast. What happened? Euphoria Pouches did the same thing to me that Oasis Pouches did... They took my money, then sent me a fraudulent shipping confirmation. It was the same exact shipping confirmation I'd received from Oasis Pouches. I reached to Euphoria and was told my order would take a month and a half to ship because they moved. Then why did you tell me my order shipped? Oasis did the same thing to me ... said my order shipped, then when I inquired about it they said it was out of stock and I'd have to wait 6 weeks.
All of these pouch companies are scams!
Still waiting on my refund from Euphoria.

They took my money, reached out and told me that it would be up to three weeks to receive my order due to moving their processing center. They offered me a refund or an extra item. I picked the refund and now I’ve been ghosted. They’re not responding to my emails and I have not been reimbursed. Beware.

Don't even bother. Got an email yesterday saying that my order had shipped. Got another email today saying that my order was delayed because they had moved their home base from Wyoming to Texas, and that it would be another 3-4 weeks...but the wait is SO worth it! I replied that I no longer trusted this transaction, and that instead of adding another pack to my order for the inconvenience, I wanted and immediate refund. No answer back, so I called the number on their website. It's a New York phone number that goes straight to voicemail.

Glad I didn't get the really expensive package. Time to dispute it with my bank.

Only 2 stars because the emulator is very good, but it didn't make me feel any different at all. It does nothing

I wouldn't advise ordering anything from euphoria. It says buy 2 get 2 free special and you end up getting charged for all of in the end. Tells you to pick your flavors and they give you all the same flavor. I only placed one order and got my original receipt then got another for the ones that's supposed to be free. Chinese scammed company as always. I didnt even know it was a China based company until I researched after the fact. Also I placed my order a week ago and it still says processing in the shipping details. Avoid getting scammed don't purchase from this place
