They take your money and do not ship your items. I ordered 3 items and only received 1 of them. I emailed and asked for a refund for the other 2 items and they offered me store credit only.
Store credit for merchandise I never received, absolutely not. I disputed the charge and will never be shopping with them again!
I ordered something on the website the 16th of December and it was suppose to arrive Tuesday now when you search with the order number it can’t be found I will never support this business again
I certainly will not purchase from this company again.
I do not have an issue with the product. I ended up returning the items to purchase a different size, I requested a refund and have been communicating via email.
After a few weeks, I followed up on my refund to be told its been processed and refunded to the same method of payment (paypal). IT HAS NOT!
I have lodged a claim with PayPal and am waiting for this supplier to reply to them!
Not happy, considering I did place another order for the correct size and that has been received. Why not just allow exchanges instead of having to get a refund and place a new order?
Ordered items for my son for Christmas at the end of November. As of 12/23/24, I’d received nothing but email advertisements to purchase additional items. After replying to one of those emails, I received a response stating that one of my items was out of stock. I’m still not sure why I had to contact them 3 weeks later to find this out but that was where we were. After 2 slow follow up emails, I requested a cancellation and disputed the charge. Now I have to wait up to 10 business days to see a refund. Ordered late November for Christmas and instead of gifting the items to our son on Christmas Day, I opened and email that says you’ll get your refund sometime next year.
Good quality product and very fast delivery. Will be using them again. Would recommend this crew!!
