Beautiful Statement Piece
Not just a desk. It’s a statement piece. It is absolutely stunning. Assembly was a bit scary, but went fine. Customer Service was outstanding. I had 2 issues. It went on sale between ordering and delivery. They refunded the difference. The phone charger was messed up, but they sent another immediately. They responded to every inquiry within hours. The quality is remarkable. I’ll be ordering the companion pieces soon.

Great customer service
Great customer service. They replaced a shelf that had minor cosmetic damage (they replaced it even though a year had passed by!). Emails were very professional and caring with quick solutions. I enjoy my Eureka desk and after 1 year it still holds up great and everything works(raising/lowering, Led lights)
eureka ergonomic serene low quality leather
I have had the eureka ergonomic serene for just on 7 months. Unfortunately the leather if it is leather is a very poor quality. It is becoming sticky at the back and cleaning with a good leather cleaner and moisturiser isn't fixing it. This started within just under 6 months. You can see dust sticking to the sticky part in photos. I compare this to one of my cars which has nappa leather seats and is 23 years old and has done 300000 kms and the seats are still great. I also have another car with leather seats, leather lounges and dining chairs all over 15 years old and I have never seen this. There are no visible leather grains, it's perfectly uniform, no leather smell, also dropping a drop of water on to it shows no signs of absorbing rather it pools on top, these are common tests to confirm genuine leather. So even if it is leather the quality is very poor, leather is supposed to be durable including nappa ie my nappa leather car seats, and every other leather seat I have ever had or seen just not this one.
Also the armrests have no padding.
The middle of the back rest has a stitching line across it which is a bit noticeable and also reduces comfort.
If the leather was comparable to any other leather seats I own I'd give it 3 stars but with the quality as is it's a 1 star, and below what I'd expect for $1300.

I reached out to eureka support, with my purchase details, I bought this from harvey norman. (please check their web site to see my photos) after several days, they said I had to go via harvey norman. I contacted harvey norman and they went back to eureka. After several more days I got this response
"After reviewing the situation with our supplier, we’ve been advised that this type of wear is typically the result of usage conditions rather than a manufacturing defect. As such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a replacement or repair under warranty."
So sitting on a chair apparently is a usage condition which invalidates a warranty.
Think carefully about the risk the warranty either won't be honoured or they will charge a 20-25% restocking fee, as well as a large packing fee if you don't keep your packaging for 2 years and maybe a damage fee as well.
I also had a review and photos on the eurekaergonomic.com website, which they removed.

Great product and resolution
I was just discussing this with my wife, that these were literally the best instructions and the best labeled parts for anything that I’ve put together in the last 10 years. How you really know whether or not a company is good is based on their response when things don’t go exactly right.
To that end, after I got the entire desk assembled, and was assembling the electronics underneath, there was an incorrect part that was inserted into the box for assembly. The instructions showed one electronic device and the one that came was obviously for a different unit.
After a brief email with Customer Service, within 24 hours, I got a response back that they are sending me via FedEx a replacement part which will complete the installation. There wasn’t any back-and-forth and there wasn’t any delays. Very timely and concise resolution and now the desk will be able to be operable utilizing the motorized function to turn it into a standing desk at the push of a button.
Thank you for excellent customer service and for building a very solid product.

Overall: Excellent product — high quality, attractive design, and a strong value compared to competitors.
Build Quality: Uses thick, durable laminate (not the thin material many brands use) plus a solid metal frame and sturdy drawer pulls.
Appearance: Clean, professional look that fits well in both office and home settings.
Value: Noticeably better quality than similar cabinets at a significantly lower price.
Areas for Improvement:
Drawer Alignment: Some units arrive slightly misaligned, and the current design makes adjustment difficult or impossible.
Customer Support / Parts: Replacement parts shipped slowly, and incorrect parts were initially sent.
Design Note: This seems like an engineering oversight that will hopefully be corrected in future versions.
Bottom Line:
High-quality cabinet at a great price — excellent overall, with minor design and support issues that should be addressed.

I received exceptional customer service from Eureka Ergonomic. I can tell they put a lot of thought into the desk designs too. Eureka Ergonomic had the only glass desk I found that allows for the easy addition of a keyboard.

I have had a terrible experience with Eureka Ergonomic. I purchased a $700 desk chair. When deciding to buy this chair, I reviewed their recommended height on their website, which they recommended up to 6'. Since I'm only 5'8", I figured it would fit me fine. This was important, especially since the chair had a fixed headrest. Upon receipt of this chair, it became quickly clear that this chair's headrest sat much lower than it should. This chair was terribly uncomfortable to sit in as the headrest stuck into my back. I left this review on their website, but noticed it did not show up. When you see these 5 star reviews, it's important that you know they suppress critical reviews.
I contacted them and questioned the height recommendation. They told me the chair was only recommended up to 5'6". I explained to them their website says 6'. They then say, "that's what they meant". It sits how it sits and If I wanted to return it, they were going to charge me $255 to ship it back (unless I had the original package). Which I did not.
The chair weighs close to 90lbs and came in a big box. I did not have a place to store the box, so I discarded it. I made this clear to them and asked them to send a package I could ship the chair back in. They ignored my request which I made via telephone and email.
Even though they were going to charge me $255, decided to return it. I packaged it and they had Fedex pick it up. Upon return, they emailed me and told me the chair was damaged in shipping they they've decided to take an additional $198.90 of my money for a total of $423.99 to return the $700 chair.
You can't trust they're recommendations on their website. If they get called out, they suppress critical reviews. If you try to return something, THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I am now working with my financial institution to get a refund.

Worst delivery service I've every experienced in my life. The dlivery team they use was literally at my building but would not listen to instructions about pulling up to the loading dock to complete the delivery. They DID NOT understand english and tried to make it seem like it was our fault they couldn't understand simple instructions. They ended up leaving without dropping off our package.

I bought a rising desk for my home office and it arrived promptly and looks great. The top of the desk was a bit damaged, but they sent me replacement of this part and the problem was solved smoothly. All communications with service team were very timely and efficient. i highly recommend this company, they are legit.

Great products, excellent customer service
I ordered an L-Shaped desk and computer tower stand, both are high quality products and were easy to assemble. Shipping was fast and everything was well packaged. I also ordered the aegispeg board, but ended up returning it since it arrived in white instead of black. It also looked very sturdy and well made, but I opted not to get it replaced since I was happy with how the desk turned out and decided that I didn't need the board after all. Eureka's customer service was excellent, as they understood my issue and helped resolve it stress-free. I would order from them again!
