Eurocell Home Avis 30

I have had the same problem as Lewis with warping in the heat, however previous purchases of the same product have been fine.
In their defence they are sending someone out to look at the problem so fingers crossed 🤞
If not rectified it will be 1 star if rectified will be 5.
Here’s hoping.

The cladding has warped massively in the Sun it would seem it is not heat resistant as it expands and contracts by approximately 10mm daily.

I had a dekivery from the Grimsby Branch and driver Neil, I was very impressef by the service I recieved. Neil phoned me prior to delivery and was there when he said he would be, I then had a problem with e-bay suppliers, so I called Grimsby they said could I give them a minute .then Neil called me back and said he had what I required with him so I jumped in my car and collected the items I needed all in all a pleasant outcome , thanks Eurocell and Neil.

Called into Eurocell Kings Norton, Birmingham today for some advice and information on a skypod that we will have installed by a local company. The service from the team in this branch was fantastic. They understood our concern/ questions we had about the product, and was very knowledgeable where there products are concerned. They explained in detail the quote and materials to be used. We came away very satisfied and very pleased that we made that visit to the branch. Thank you very much Eurocell Kings Norton branch.

Referred by a mate l called at Eurocell at Chesterton Newcastle Staffs. I had a DlY refitting a shower cubicle. I needed 1 .5 MTR length of plastic architrave where the shower wall mastic had become 😖 so removed the mastic and this is where the Architrave was required... So customer service employees Paul ,Luke, Aiden were brilliant and suggested the type of mastic required. The Architrave came in a 5 MTR length 😯 l thought this would cost me dearly but 😁 surprised by how much compared to BnQ they were extortionate. The Mastic brilliant white and clear was also very competitive.. The lads explained the store was going to be relocated just off the A500 Newcastle which isn't a good option for me. I will visit Eurocell again ..so good luck lads and thanks for your help

I needed several rolls of Flashband in a rush so looked across the internet and compared prices which varied wildly. Eurocell had the best value by far. I used their website to find 2 branches which had the seven 5m 150mm wide rolls I needed at both Grimsby and Castleford. I rang Cass first and got good advice and assistance from the really helpful guy - whose name I didnt ask! Dohh (sorry friend) he gave me the number of both depots and also advice for the best value way to purchase! BLESS! .. I live just off the M180 so selected Grimsby for an easier drive and rang. Mel was also a delight, so helpful and pleasant and he reserved the rolls for me. On the counter Chris was just the same as Mel (who was at lunch) so very helpful and polite! He even rooted around and found 3x 5m lengths of 16mm 'End Closures' I needed for the conservatory roof sheeting job I was doing! YAY! .. I was told by another outfit I would have to order and wait for them! Chris then asisted again by helping me to size the 5m lengths to get in the estate car I was in! All in all I witnessed a really pleasant and professional attitude from all these lads - I would certainly recommend Eurocell, they have Great Staff and Best Prices! .. expecially the Grimsby and Castleford depots! Recently purchased some composite decking from Eurocell.
To make my purchase I had to visit both the Derby and Alfreton stores. On both occasions the staff could not have been more helpful. As a non trade DIYer I’ve always found trade stores to be a little intimidating but both these stores were exactly the reverse.
The following week when the decking was delivered the delivery driver continued with the excellent attitude.
I miscalculated how much I needed so returned to Derby store to complete my order . Again the service was excellent, being given advice on the best way to complete my job.
Having been in customer service (retail) for 40 years it was so refreshing to come across such service excellence.
I had not previously been aware of the company but from now on they will be my first call.
Bought some guttering the following week

JAY at the Hemel Hempstead branch showed excellent customer service skills throughout my recent visit, Jay showed great product knowledge and advised on the best products to use on my project, please pass on my thanks an gratitude to Jay a great representative for Eurocell! I would highly recommend visiting the Hemel Hempstead branch for Exceptional Service!! 10/10!!

Had a small problem with a sky pod installed 10 years ago - Jack at Colchester branch extremely helpful and went the extra mile solving the problem. Would highly recommend.

Just been to Eurocell in Barnsley & never met a group of men so wiling to help you . From the moment I walked in would you like a coffee sir while I waited to be served. Been to a number of Eurocell branch in Yorkshire before but I’ve got to say this one wins hands down well done Barnsley 10/10

Fantastic service. Ordered my fence panels at midday and they arrived just after two o'clock on the same day! As for the panels themselves, they were excellent quality, easy to fit having cut them to size. I will definitely use them again

I needed a upvc door mechanism, of which there are many types! Andy was very helpful and pointed me to a locksmith who helped....without this service I would have struggled to fix my front door! Thanks...

EUROCELL MILTON KEYNES

I needed to renew the timber cladding on my house. I decided to use Eurocell shiplap cladding. I went along to my nearest Eurocell branch in Milton Keynes and discussed my requirements with Mike. He was very helpful in explaining what I needed to complete the job.

I prepared drawings and a schedule of my requirements and returned to the branch where Mike and Chris made a list of the materials that I needed. I placed an order for the goods and agreed a delivery date of 27 October 2022. True to their word the materials arrived today - 27 October.

I would like to thank Mike and Chris for help and for their professionalism. They are two knowledgeable chaps.

We are very pleased with the quality and finish of the composite door supplied by Eurocell. The person who did the installation was very courteous and professional. The installation is to a high standard and he cleared up inside and out before leaving.

i bought a number of windows and doors from eurocell abingdon. They were of a very good quality and the service was exceptionally good.

I am having exactly the same problems as Roy S and Malcom. Money taken and no email or anything! Rang to get help only to find the mailbox is still full!!!
Talked via online chat to be told the order went to the Poole branch (2mins from my house). Having read the other reviews detailing the exact same problems, I’m left wondering when my order will arrive.
