Excellent service again
Excellent service again. Ordered at 11.06 on the Tuesday and received delivery at 10.02 on the Wednesday- free delivery and arrived in perfect condition. And the product is great. One of our best sellers.

I did not recieve all the products I ordered. 4 packets of Mola fish were missing. I sent a text to Eurocross whatsAp number. Still, awaiting a response. Its been two days.

Still haven't received anything,I was told by DHL my order is with them and would be delivered Friday 27th September but next thing DHL messaged me again saying delayed but no reason, I've sent emails to Eurocross but no reply, so they take your money and don't give the goods
