My Mini Cooper Countryman S needed a new AC compressor and Justin at Euro Mobile did an Excellent job of replacing it! He’s quick, efficient, and did fantastic work in 100 degree heat! My car is now working Great and the AC is ice cold! Thanks Euro Mobile and Justin. 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️!!!
Needed a serpentine belt, valve cover and oil filter housing gasket change on a 135. He claimed he did "hundreds of them" before. I blindly took this at face value and agreed to proceed at $170 an hour prepaid.
He routed the serpentine belt completely wrong to where i could just pull it out with my hand. It wasnt running when the car was on. This was only the beginning of my misfortunes.
He broke some plastic hoses just getting the valve cover off (that I had to replace at my expense). Then he broke the timing chain guide (which fortunately fell out of the engine). Then he got a wire harness stuck in the valve cover (gray harness in photos) and tightened it at 22nm instead of 8.5. Then stripped some bolts including the ground bolt when it needed to be removed to take the harness out. This shorted the engine computer because he hid it before starting the engine.
He has no clue what he is doing at all and no care in the world. He left the car completely broken when he realized the stripped bolts meant it was beyond repair. I'm on the hook for nearly what the car is worth to fix all of this.
One of the worst decisions I've made in my life and I'm only reliving this to warn others. Please don't let this person anywhere near your car or your life.
On time, explain what is the problem. I agreed to his rcommendation on finally fixing a long term electrical problem
Leak in PS system
Uncovered leak in PS reservoir. Justin came and swapped it out. A day later, I saw some PS fluid on the garage floor. He came out and reinspected the area, cleaned the undercarriage and now there is no indication of any leakage.
Very satisfied with the results.
