I have been using Europa for many many years, before brexit and the very difficult years following, the help and advice given has been first rate, Tracey Raggett is my first point of contact and she always goes the extra mile to ensure my shipments go through, great job Europa.

Europa as a whole is very reliable and competitive when it comes to pricing. We put DAP and DDP shipments through Europa and they ensure all the information is right before it goes for smooth Customs clearance.

Reason for 5 stars is Molly Styles (Customer Service Operator) who is quick to reply and always gets our urgent bookings done as every day counts in our line of work and Molly ensures our customers get what they need as quickly as possible.

I would argue that other representatives in Europa are not always as quick and efficient to reply or resolve issues but Molly has more than made up for that shortfall.

Molly is always extremely helpful with my export shipments arranging the collections quickly and sorting any issues that arise.

At best, amateur. I am writing to all the companies I deal with to advise them not to use Europa. This is due to a recent problem that took a lot of time, effort and needless petty communication with a company that doesn’t know its a##e from its elbow.
