A huge thank you to Bob and Julie for a fantastic service in bringing our 2 14 year old house cats from Merseyside to Gorna Lipnitsa, Pavlikeni. Such care was taken and with tracking/photos/videos it was so reassuring to see my beloved Fudge and Felix throughout their journey. I really can't recommend European Family Pet Transport enough.

Bob & Julie are hard working and trustworthy ~ They are kind, compassionate and dedicated to the animals in their care. Transporting them as though they are their own. To ease concern they drive and provide groups who are traveling with live tracking, photo updates and constant information.
They’re efficiently fast, but safe. They go the extra mile.
I work in rescue and I commend and recommend them to anyone as one of the most excellent and experienced transportation companies in Bulgaria and UK and other routes when possible.

They will help whenever they can.

Great service. Dogs all safe and secure in their own individual crates. Regular stops to be let out and given food and water. Tracking and WhatsApp messaging provided throughout.

Rob and Julie transported our cats from Bulgaria to Scotland with great care. Our cats were very well looked after and comfortable, and the trip took very little time. We could track their travels throughout the whole trip and they are both very friendly and reliable, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Julie and Bob have been amazing at transporting and taking care of our dog on the long journey between Bulgaria and the UK.

They are truly great professionals.
Not only they took care of our dog’s transport splendidly, they also gave us regular updates, which was very much appreciated.

Bob drove for three days across Europe to safely deliver my beautiful rescue dog. From Bulgaria to Southampton, UK.
There was a tracker so I was able to follow the journey from start to finish.
Bob,provided photos when they had their food and exercise stops.
I thought Bob was a lovely man who genuinely cared for his precious cargo.

European Family Pet Transport provides a unique service, allowing owners to travel with their pets...for me, this was ideal and an absolute god-send. I needed to get to Scotland, and they were so accommodating. The door to door service was also amazing.

Great communication prior to collection of my beautiful boy. They transported him with such care and gentle hands. Great communication during the time my boy was with them and photos. Travelling for young cats can be very stressful. One of my kittens was transported this week from the Netherlands to the UK and was so relaxed on arrival. They have been so caring and sweet to the animals on board and nothing was too much. Would highly recommend them also to cat owners 😻

European family pet transport was updating me with their location and sending pictures of my kitten throughout the whole trip. Immediate response and instructions were the most important reasons I felt comfortable and relaxed about the condition of my pet during his trip to the UK. We had such a warm and helpful experience with European Family Pet Transport. Our cats Jasper and Jason travelled all the way from SE Bulgaria to Watford.
This was part of an international move for us too, and Bob and Julie were always very responsive to all our messages, answering all our questions - often panicking that we'd forgotten something in the run up to the removal date.
The cats are definitely not seasoned travellers, but they were clearly well looked after. Linked into a WhatsApp group we could follow their progress and even had a video 'chat' with both cats in the van as they crossed the Channel! Happily, they have already started settling into their new home.
Thanks so much to the whole team for making the experience trauma-free for our cats - and us!

Bob and Caroline were great with my mum's dogs, transporting them back to the UK, they were very well cared for and we got regular updates on location and photos of the dogs. Would highly recommend them!! Thanks very much for looking after them so well

Excellent service, clearly animal lovers themselves and this showed through in everything they did. We tracked the journey live from start to finish, and they sent us photos which was great. Really good pricing, better than any other company we had seen - and absolutely worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them or to use them again. If you are considering using them, you will be so happy with the service. I literally never write reviews either, unless it’s bad haha, but this was just needed to make sure they get as much custom as physically possible. They deserve it!
