Working with Europe Holidays and TravelRez staff is excellent. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable across the products that they sell and their Airline booking engine TravelRez is very simple and easy to use. The air department staff are always ready and willing to assist with anything that is required and go the extra mile for our clients.
I work extensively with Haydee and Angel for my client's holidays and the feedback on their return is always positive. As a result, I have many repeat customers. As a travel agent, I use Europe Holidays frequently as I love the efficiency of quote turnarounds, the knowledgeable staff (in particular Dianne) that can really understand what I need for my clients whether it be a couple on honeymoon or a family of 5 or an extended family/friends group.
