Terrible site paid for the annual subscription as I want to do some European ground hopping and it’s kicked me out of the site and I can’t even reset my password, the site is even telling me that the password apple key chain is setting up isn’t secure therefore I can’t get back into the site. There is also no way of getting in touch with them

Annual subscription only lasted a month
I signed up for the annual subscription a month ago. It has now kicked me out as if I'd never signed up after a month. I had done the initial free trial and then decided to pay for the year, but I now have no access after only a month. Its infuriating as I'm looking to plan a football weekend away and have lost the exact access I paid for

An impressive selection awaits. I've only utilized it twice, including trips to Switzerland and Milan. Each experience, including flights, accommodations, and match tickets, cost just £150. I'm eagerly anticipating the chance to see Dortmund play at home next.

Football has been a passion of mine ever since I was a child and I have always been obsessed with experiencing the footballing culture within different countries. I never thought I’d be able to achieve this ambition until triptix, which made organising football holidays with the lads both easy and affordable. Would very highly recommend using this.

Fantastic Company and Prices
A fantastic idea and fantastic prices. I used Triptix for a trip to RB Salzburg v Sturm Graz. Flight and match ticket identified for £60. An absolute bargain and a cracking weekend was had.

I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience but I want to assure you the emails haven’t been ignored intentionally, we can’t find a record of any emails from you. I've sent you an email to try and get to the bottom of this but have not received a response.
Regarding cancellation, this can be done through the Manage Account page in the footer of our website. This, in my experience, is where account management can generally be found but happy to hear other suggestions.
If you have a minute, please get back to us via email and we can get the issue resolved.

Such a wide range to choose from. Only took advantage twice but even Switzerland and Milan. Flights, hotel, match ticket. £150 all in both times. Holding out for Dortmund at home next

Their newsletter is so handy and gives you great options. I got to watch Inter Milan vs Napoli for around £100 (£20 ticket and £80 return flight). Always on the hunt for some gems because of these guys.
