I bought it hoping to improve my garden. Unfortunately, after nearly two seasons, it looks exactly the same as it did at the start—a swamp. The product simply doesn't work at all. The advertising is fine, but the reality is harsh—it was a waste of money.

Their reputation goes before them !

All products are Top Notch ! Their advice is also Top Notch ! They are always very willing to help ! They will tell you if you re using a more expensive product of theirs than you need for a particular item on your allotment or garden !

I will advise others on same allotments group as me to use Eutrema products .

Fantastic products. Worked wonders on our new build lawn before the use of this product we had to have our lawn replaced 3 times. Great customer support and advice. Will recommend to family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues.

Edited: Since Matt from "customer service" thinks it's fair to blame an honest average-joe customer. This fertiliser was advertised as a solution to help strengthen roots and help grow a healthier, thicker lawn. Nowhere did it say that the outcome could be a scorched, dead lawn. I followed the instructions to the millilitre, heeded the hot weather warning (the hot weather had long since passed), and the result is a completely dead lawn in 48 hours. Original review to follow: Ordered a lawn fertiliser after being served an ad that looked like it had exceptional results. Followed the instructions to the millilitre. It has killed my entire lawn. What was a green garden is now totally dead in just 48 hours after application.

We have used Eutrema a few times for products for our Fruit Trees.
We will always go back to Eutrema. They are absolutely fantastic.
You can give them a ring, and they will help you out.
They will also ANSWER unlike a lot of firms.
There is absolutely NO A.I responses from them unlike a lot of firms either.
They will always respond to you either on the phone or email.
One of the best companies to deal with.

Looking after a neighbours flooded garden, something that happens every time in rains. I was able bit sceptical about using Eutrema but I'm blown away by it. It is outstanding and within a month there is no more signs of flooding and we've had a lot of rain. Pretty much a miracle to be honest so don't hesitate to buy it, youll be amazed.

The quotes I was getting for french drainage were really disheartening and then I discovered liquid gypsum. I thought it was too good to be true! But it actually worked! Amazing product! I can now walk on my lawn! Thank you so much !!

Product not working, email for help. After a few email exchanges, radio silence. Customer service is very poor. If that’s important to you I would avoid this company.

Even though part of my product is out of stock, following a conversation with a VERY helpful chap today, I feel confident the clay drainer will arrive...just in time for more rain ;-)

My delivery arrived all good, had to speak to them regarding advice with application of the product. Spoke to a very knowledgeable guy called Matthew, helped with all my queries.

Very disappointed with the service offered by this supplier. I ordered a product on 2/2/26 and still hasn’t been delivered. I chased the order up last week and was advised they were the maufacturer rather than Amazon! This I understand but if you offer a product, at least have sufficient supplies in stock to fulfill an order. As of today 13/2/26 order is still showing processing with no sign of delivery. My advice, look elsewhere
Had an interesting response from Matthew Wallace Northern Sales Manager, rather sarcastic actually when the question raised. He did highlight that on the website under shipping, it can take up to 30 days if awaiting a delivery of raw materials. It begs the question though of management, letting stocks dwindle necessitating a delay of that period.
I have now received a response from Matthew after reading the review and they are now cancelling my order, despite my willingness to wait further!! Yet another reason to avoid.

I've used this companys products a few times now and always get great results. Can't go wrong.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I ordered Liquid Gypsum which did take a little while to arrive due to the lead time, but once I used it, I wouldn’t try anything else. It fixed my waterlogged garden! Unbelievable product and highly recommended.

Arranged to pop by to pick up an order on the way back from parkrun and save on delivery, was treated to a tour of the facility and insights into the research going on. The passion for good science and solutions was absolutely on show every step. Applied some gold leaf and i can see the change in growth on my plants from before and after application, shame they couldn't help with the weather last year though :)
