I ordered a dress on June 4th. Confirmation email the next day. Never received my item. I emailed 3 times now. First time they said it was still on its way and I would receive in 4 to 6 days. 2nd time they passed me off the Shopify for refund. 3rd time they never responded. I’m still trying to get my $49.95 refund.

I’ve emailed twice as that’s the only means of communication and never heard back! I’ve not received my items!! Total SCAM!

I ordered three items 30 days ago. When I inquired via email I as told it would take 30 days.it was then I realized it was coming from Rotterdam. I then followed up again and was told shopify who they used were not handling items anymore. I immediately call my credit card company and the immediately credited my acct. I asked what to do if I got the merchandise. I was told I would not get the merchandise.

Do not order from the company. I placed an order over two months ago and have received only one of four items. I contacted them once and they assured me that I would have the items in a few days, and that was over a month ago.

DON'T DO IT - do not order from this company. It's one of those Chinese scams you've likely been a victim of many times before -- they charge your card immediately and then you never receive the item (but they'll tell you it was delivered) or if you do receive it, it's super inferior and ugly - not at all what the photo looked like on line.

Wish I could give no stars. The items received went straight to Goodwill. I doubt they will even be able to sell them. The quality is ridiculous. The smell of the shoes is overpowering. I don’t even know where one obtains fabrics this cheap. One item never even received. Numerous emails have gone unanswered. Definitely a hard lesson learned!

This is a bogus site. They take your money but don't send your item. You have to dispute payments with your bank to get anywhere. This site should looked into by the Better Business Bureau and shut down!

Bogus! Website seem to offer quality, stylish items; however when I received each 3 items spaced out within a month's period, each item came in a cheap plastic cellophane bag. Even worse is that the items are obviously cheaply made with cheap, thin material for the clothes and this cheap plastic thing for the sandles.

I sent a few emails requesting to return and had difficult time getting a response until one day they claimed to have an "unexpected operations" issue and suggested I file a dispute claim with my credit card to get the matter resolved faster. I did this and matter was resolved.

Also, note that the website suggests that they based in San Francisco, which they are NOT. I live in SF and the deliveries took long. I later realized on my bank transaction posting that they are located in the Netherlands. Avoid this vendor at all cost!

Bogus. My experience matched all of the others. Site said they were closing the store, I ordered 4 things and was charged immediately. Three weeks later I inquired and got a response that the warehouse was too busy and they could not fulfill my order. I was also directed to resolve and dispute on my own vs just being refunded.

If I could give NO STARS I would! I saw that they were going out of business. I ordered 3 items in June. When I contacted them to inquire about the expected delivery date, they told me, "At this point, since we are unable to resolve the matter directly, we strongly recommend that you initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider to recover the amount you paid. This is a standard process and is typically handled quickly by most banks."
It would seem to me that THEY should refund my money! Now I have to spend MY time contacting my bank to dispute these charges.
I tried contacting them again but did not hear back via e-mail and there is no way to call them.

They never delivered my 2 pair of shoes ordered - but immediately charged my credit card for them. When I asked for a refund, they said it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Evelyn Boutique refused to issue the credit!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Site is a front for poor quality items from China. You pay to return to China. Promised a 25% refund from order and then was told to try to get the 25% back from my credit card company.

Wow -- awful. Spent $350 and never received the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

BEWARE THESE PEOPLE. I ordered almost $200 worth of dresses from these peole, who clearly are scammers. When I asked about the whwreabouts of my merchandise, they gave me a bunch of crap. I asked again, more crap. Now they refuse to give me a credit for merchandise I did not receive! "Deal with your bank" is their response. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them. Since the items were, I learned through this process, coming from China, I sincerely believe these people are offshore scammers.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. My products have not arrived and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks since the order. They emailed me that they are trying to fix the delivery issue. There is no phone number to call which should have made me suspicious. Now I have to call my credit card company to get a refund. Sucks.

No stars, really! Received none of the three products ordered. Had a tracking number that just ended two days after I made the order. Total scam. Was lucky my bank reimbursed me my payment and they didn’t get my money.

Do not buy from this company! I contacted them concerning my order . The tracking said it had been delivered to my house . But it wasn’t . They said that it was delivered. I’ve contacted them again for them to send be a copy of where the order was delivered. I haven’t heard back from them. The other time they did reply back but now complete silence. It’s a scam

The items were not the same as pictures - cheap materials and too small. When I asked for a refund, they said I would have to ship to China and pay for customs and shipping and would be quite expensive. I've tried to get the larger sizes and they have not communicated anything to me in the last couple weeks. Complete rip-off and scam. On my bill it looks like they are located in the Netherlands. I wasted $78 on two horrible blouses!

Don't order from this boutique , I think they are scammer . I had ordered a dress , it shipped from China not US / San Francisco therefore it took 3-4 weeks to get to me . The description on their website stated the dress was made fr silk but actually it's cotton & looked cheap . The color is also different , very very light purple not as showed on picture . I tried to get return / refund today , they sent email saying they can't process due to technical problem & told me to contact other dept which they didn't provide any phone to contact . I learnt my lesson never order anything from online which has no phone or address fr US especially if contact is email only .
