Evendo Danmark Avis 

I was wary of this website as I booked with them in August, as I hadn't heard of them before. I recieved a booking confirmation, was able to log in and see the booking from my profile. The hotel we'd booked had no problems finding our 3 night reservation, so I would use them again for that hotel in particular.

I booked with them through Google maps for 1 night at a hotel, I arrived and there wasnt a booking, they called the hotel and the hotel told them there was no booking, I arrived and had to book elsewhere I call the hotel back and they than said it had jusy come through!! I want a full refund, do not book through Evendo!! Save your money pay extra and get what you pay for

This company is a scam. Do not book with them. I pre-paid for 4 nights and when I arrived the hotel had sold my room. They never received the deposit from Evendo however Evendo charged me the full amount and refuse to refund me.

Haven't actually had an encounter with them myself, but based on one of the "trips" you can book, it is clearly not the location it is advertising. It's blatantly an AI made picture and looks nothing like the original. And if you look at the employees list, it is mostly if not all AI that have created the picture and description. What are the odds that 3 out of 151 "explorers" are named Emily, all are gingers within the age group 32-38 and are all from the US. They also look really similar and two of them are specifically named "Emily Smith". There are also two "James Smith", three "Jennifer Smith", four "Fatima", two "Jose", two "José", two "Joseph", etc. I am not an expert, but this looks really sketchy and I would stay away!

I made a mistake when selecting the booking date and contacted Evendo’s customer service just six minutes after receiving my booking confirmation. The booking had only just been made, yet they refused to help in any way. There was no attempt to find a solution, no goodwill, and no real customer support—just a flat refusal.

I fully accept that the original mistake was mine. However, good customer service is measured by how a company responds when a customer needs help. Evendo did absolutely nothing, even though I contacted them almost immediately after booking.

What makes this even more disappointing is that the hotel itself stepped in and changed my reservation as a gesture of goodwill—something Evendo claimed could not be done.

If a company cannot even try to assist a customer who reports an error within six minutes of booking, I seriously question what their customer service is for.

This was my first and last booking with Evendo. I will not use their service again, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Confirmed booking canceled, pay double at 2am

Was a bit anxious to book my hotel via Evendo because of many negative reviewsz but experienced none of this myself. Got a good deal for a very nice hotel, which turned out to be legit and everything went smoothly.

Tip: For my own peace of mind I did check with the hotel itself if the booking came through before free cancellation period ended.

I booked my hotel through Evendo five days before my trip, and in the middle of the night — 2:30 AM on the day of check-in — I got an email saying the hotel was overbooked.

They promised an “alternative” hotel but that one was also fully booked within hours. Later they claimed there were “no suitable options,” which is ridiculous because I could clearly see several hotels still available nearby.

Evendo’s last-minute cancellations, false claims, and lack of accountability left me stranded on my way to Yosemite. Their customer support just kept apologizing instead of fixing anything.

If you care about your vacation or peace of mind, stay far away from Evendo. Completely unreliable, disorganized, and dishonest.

Low comission, good support. Bought concert tickets for the second time now. This summer im going to book more from them definetly. Im thinking of a cykling tour with guide on Mallorca

Jeg stod og skulle planlægge en fest, og så faldt jeg over evendo på google hvor jeg fik planlagt ALT samlet et sted! Jeg fandt et lokale, maden, drikkevarer og selv underholdingen der inde - det var godt nok nemt! Jeg talte endda med en derinde fra da jeg havde et uddybende spørgsmål ang levering og de var så hjælpsomme fra start til slut - Evendo kommer med min varmeste anbefaling! Lige meget hvilken slags event du skal bruge hjælp eller inspiration til, så brug dem og så er det endda gratis!

Jeg faldt over Evendo, da jeg skulle arrangere en større fest. Jeg fandt de vigtigste ting, jeg skulle bruge til festen og kunne booke det hele på samme tid uden at skulle ringe rundt til diverse firmaer. Jeg havde et lille spørgsmål til et af produkterne og fik en meget hjælpsom pige i røret. Vil handle her igen næste gang.
