Evenflo Avis 

I ordered a double stroller twin stroller. Of course I was expecting the stroller to be large and sturdy. But, it is not possible to fit this stroller into the trunk of my SUV when it is folded down. Even fitting it in a closet will require you to completely clean out the closet. I am not regretting the purchase, and this stroller is now useless for family trips because we can not pack it into our vehicle. I was hoping this stroller would bring back some freedom and let me get out and about with the kids, but I am now restricted to only places within walking distance.

This stroller also has a horrible turning radius and the kids just look very uncomfortable, they are far to upright in their seats. I am wishing we got the a stroller that was compatible with the girls car seats and we simply click them in. We have to travel with their car seats anyway.

I had to call in on three different occasions and not only was the customer service amazing but they truly went out of their way to make sure I had everything that I needed. I am beyond impressed with the way things were handled

Absolutely love the products and was blown away by the customer support when I inquired on how to purchase a new car seat cover that I had owned for 2 years almost already because I foster and have to have a carseat but had only used it once for a couple of months and was washing to use again but it came apart in the washer... they sent me a new cover free of charge and it was completely unexpected! Will definitely keep purchasing Evenflo and raving about the products!

Love the stroller. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the flimsy cup holder and front seat doesn't recline. Overall it was worth it for the price of $89.00.

Never received my order. Was told it was on backorder a months after I purchased it and they claimed my card was not charged but it was. Almost 3 months later I am still going back and forth with my bank trying to dispute the charge!!! I will never order from here again!

I have 4 stars because I thought shipping was a little high. $5.95 to ship $2 item.

I bought evenflo pivot but I didn’t like the car seat it was so tight for the baby. I don’t think it will last till 6 months. I had a problem with the hook or handle when taking it off the base or the stroller. I ended up returning the product however I want to give good review about the customer service and how they followed up with me and helped me return the purchase.

My Evenflo stroller, while the basic model, can barely make it down the sidewalk without issues with the wheels. I ended up buying a Graco stroller not long after and wouldn’t buy Evenflo again. The car seat has been ok, but the Graco one has an easier latch to get my baby in and out. I lodged a complaint about the wheels and the only solution offered was a new set of front wheels, when really the issue was the fact that one month in the stroller was virtually unsusable. I will be recycling it and am disappointed.

I purchased an item and returned the other for a different color. (Unopened box) it's been a month now and I still have not received my refund so it's like I paid for two strollers yet only have one. I feel robbed. They have the package as I was told by one of the reps yet I have not received my money back. So sad that it still has NOT been resolved.

The product is broken and unusable. To make matters worse it’s out of stock and discontinued now.

Great products and excellent customer service! Its nice that there is still a company that stands behind their product and replaces broken parts.

Overall I really like how easy it is to shop on your website and the prompt responses I get from the online customer reps. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is better than many other brands out there. The products are easy to install as well. I gave it a 4 star only because a Victory jogger that I recently received had a fabric tear in the lower storage area and above the front wheel near the foot rest. Those are minor to me, and I sewed things back together so they can be more durable. Other than that, I really like the carseat I bought and the jogger, despite the small tear.
