Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute rubbish and completely disrespectful.
I received the wrong shoe size, a pair I didn’t even order in the first place. After providing clear proof of their mistake, instead of fixing the issue or replacing the product, customer support simply said they “can’t replace it” and then told me not to contact them again because they wouldn’t respond further.
Taking customers’ money and refusing to correct your own mistake is pathetic. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I’m so angry and fed up with this company and wish I had never bought from them.. I wanted a pair of black moccasins and saw some on big w marketplace so I thought I would get them.. paid for them and after a few days said it was shipped.. 10 days later still nothing, contacted them ( everau ) and of course you get bots emailing you.. then got a person and they said it has been dispatched and aus post is busy and there’s a delay.. my Uggs were supposed to be delivered from may 11th - may 18th..I asked for a refund and they said no and said it would take more time.. I was so frustrated.. and then it gets better, another email comes through saying it hasn’t been dispatched and that my order is prob on the bottom of the pile and they are busy and don’t know when they can get them out.. then told me I can either wait or they can give me a refund, so I said yes refund me like I asked earlier.. then from that last email I haven’t heard back from them.. iv emailed and emailed and no response.. I will be contacting consumer and business services and sending them all these emails.. they are absolutely terrible and no refund.. if u want a piece of advice, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE AND DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!

I purchased a pair of ugg boots from this company and they didn't fit so I sent them back maybe 4 weeks ago im still trying to get my refund they keep saying they processed it on the 6th of may but it has not gone through on my end I also had trouble with them in the beginning I emailed them numerous times about returning the item and no response I had to contact kmart to contact them because I purchased them via kmart market place, do not buy from this company im out of pocket $79
A LOT of black dye transfers to socks
My husband purchased me a pair of black Everau Ugg mini classic for Mother’s Day. I wore them inside the house for a couple hours the next day and my socks got covered in black dye. He took them back to the pop up store and showed them photos of my socks. They said that was normal and refused to give him a refund. They did exchange for the chestnut so I will see how they go tomorrow. But so far we’re very unhappy with this brand. I have had black Uggs for years from another supplier with no problems at all and will not buy from Everau again.

U.K.customers stay well away from this company.. If like myself you go onto Debenhams website U.K. I purchased a pair of sheepskin ankle boots, they arrived this week, wrong size , inside box was a form telling me to contact this company in Australia,regarding returns process, they have ignored all E mails sent regarding returning these boots.. Do not purchase from them .. This company are acting under the umbrella of Debenhams, who should be ashamed of themselves ,as I think there is fraudulent activity going on in order to scam UK buyers thinking they are buying from Debenhams directly.
I was fortunate to raise a case via Paypal, and within 12 hrs my money has now been refunded.

Keine Rückerstattung erhalten, da ich die Sendungsnr. des von Everau bereit gestellten Retourenlabel nicht mehr hatte und somit nicht nachweisen konnte dass die Sendung angekommen ist. Everau hätte mir die Sendungsnr. geben könnten, wollte aber nicht. Das ist nicht besonders kundenfreundlich!

Wanted to return a pair of boots bought via Debenhams. The return instructions gave an email addresss to contact Everau, and as other people have said, the emails I sent requesting a return were completely ignored. It took 2 weeks of back and forth with Debenhams (who were also very hard to contact) and finally going directly to the Everau Australian website before I got my return instructions. Terrible customer service

EVERAU, working hand in hand with Debenhams to shaft UK buyers
Bought a pair of Mules for the missus for Christmas through Debenhams but they were too small. Requested a return on the Debenhams website and was directed to return the shoes directly to EVERAU who are based in Australia! Debenhams said when that was done I would get my money back. They give an email address for the manufacturer and that's it. Emailed EVERAU who have just failed to at all respond to every single email they have been sent and Debenhams have also failed to respond to several emails which is the only way to contact both parties.. Eventually I raised the matter with Klarna as I'd paid using their services and lo and behold Debenhams suddenly respond to previous emails saying that the return is now outside of the returns window so they cannot accept it back... This is of course an outright LIE but the good thing is because I paid with Klarna and have proof of when I submitted my return request, I will get my money back once the 21 days that Klarna have given them to resolve the issue have passed. It's a lot of aggravation for a flipping pair of shoes but a valuable lesson...Stay well away from them. The shoes come up small,they are expensive for what they are quality wise and there is ZERO customer services
UPDATE 22/03/2026 After the request for infomration from me so that they could 'look into it' I've hear nothing since and the conveniently neglected to give me the method by which I could supply them with the requested information on this site and continue to ignore all emails etc

AUS WOOLI UPDATE AND RESPONSE
I ordered boots and slippers through Debenhams website for Xmas presents.. they seem to be as I have later learned just a market place for other companies.
I had to return 5 items that didn’t fit.
I was a little dubious but AUS WOOLI the brand ? sent a return label within a few days of my email request. I even rang the centre in Bolton that the returns get processed.
I spoke to a very helpful person. He said he processes returns then informs company that it’s completed.
Something fell down in this process as it took a lot of chasing Debenhams for the refund.
The upshot is I returned the items by Royal Mail - they agreed to be photographed taking the tracked box. I then tracked it and it was delivered on the 12 th December. I haven’t received confirmation or refund. 19 days on no refund ….I have informed my credit card company and also trading standards are waiting with interest to ensure I’m refunded otherwise they will take up the mantle on my behalf.
I was eventually refunded after I emailed the CEO

The problem is DEBENHAMS NOT REFUNDING IN A TIME FRAME AS LAW IN UK!!! Or indeed at all in some circumstances!!!!
No customer service to speak of ! People are getting scammed as a fb account set up to deal with the complaints (hundreds ) major refund issues -this fb site is being monitored. . By scammers

dreadful customer service, never get refund
like other reviews, I bought AU Ever slippers through Debenhams, I wanted to return but Debenhams are not interested in helping me, and tang wealth who are the owners never sent me a return label, so I am going to go to my bank for a chargeback, you can do this, dont keep slippers or shoes you dont want cos they never send the label back.

Happy With My Purchase – Good Quality Boots
I ordered the Real Sheepskin Women Nicobar 3-Way Style Platform Mid Boots with EVA Sole on the Debenhams website on 23rd Nov. They arrived promptly on the 27th Nov – I received accurate notifications around the delivery. They arrived in branded and good quality packaging and I am super happy with them so far.
Good quality, very comfortable – great colour way. I was actually looking for UGGs and didn’t know much about this brand, so took a risk and have been pleasantly surprised. Had I done more research and checked on Trustpilot, I would have been put off buying, so actually it worked out well and I am pleased with my purchase.

I ordered these from Debenhams for my wife for her birthday. Within four months they were not usable as soles had worn out. When I contacted their customer service I was told that was normal wear and tear by their customer service team......keep well away from these. I expected better from Debenhams
Website misleading
My experience wasn't the best. The shoes I purchased were advertised as having an adjustable strap. When they arrived I realised the strap was in fact fixed and therefore not adjustable which meant they didn't fit. I have a high arch and knowing this always need adjustable sandals. I emailed Everau and was asked a thousand questions which was annoying as I had replied to my order confirmation email which had everything they were reasking on them email.. Ever said they didn't offer return labels and I questioned why as the website was misleading. Again more questions and a request for a screenshot of the website. It was frustrating. Eventually they sent me return label and even though I was originally going to exchange for a different pair after all the emails and repeating myself I chose a refund. I am yet to receive this and am.hopeful there are no delays. Update - they gave me a refund minus a $9 sevice fee. Which I feel was unfair as their website gave a false description of the shoes. Will not purchase from them again.

They were a second order as I had already received a long grey pair from Ugg which has Ugg printed on The 3 buttons and on the back. This new black pair are stamped Everau on the buttons and on the back being advertised as Ugg’s by Ugg! Why is this? There was no explanation.
