Very poor customer service. Product doesn’t wick away from body, sent in a complaint they told me to wear a pad. And that I’m more than 4 tsp incontinent to which I’m not.

Everdries - they may be “leak proof”, but they don’t stay dry. If you leak by the end of the day, your pants will be wet. I bought several pair. I was horrified after a few hours on a “day out”, when I began to feel like my pants were wet. Sure enough, when I checked, they weren’t leaking, but they were wet.

Cheap Chinese item which is clearly not fit for use. Very expensive, long delivery. Useless customer service. The 'pad area' is tiny and completely non absorbent. Gave them a try to be sure but on first dribble soaked through the boxers and my trousers. Avoid this company and all the products they offer. Don't waste your money.

Firstly, customer service was excellent - I cannot fault that. However, the product was not. Pants are made from nylon - who has used nylon in underwear beyond the 1970s!? They are uncomfortable and sweaty due to the fabric. I ordered 3XL which felt marginally small so they sent me 4XL (free of charge hence the great customer service). There was no difference in size between the two, both are exactly the same stretched or unstretched. Disappointed as they are not cheap.

I gave birth to twin boys in 1976, that weighed 7.8 and 7.4 lbs and were 21 and 22 inches long to said I had a few problems after that is an understatement. I knew where every restroom was in every store. When I went back to, teaching elementary school, my problem got worse. I got my first badder sling in 2011 followed with another in 2017. These helped but did nothing for the urgency to go. I was allergic to the medication for that so for the next 10 years I wore pads. Because I couldn’t get to a restroom with a classroom full of small children I often was left sitting in a wet pad, which lead to other problems. I have waited a very long time for your product. It is a god send. I am wearing the boy style and LOVE, LOVE them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My first time I ordered I was between sizes and ordered the size larger it soon found out these were not leakproof . Contacted customer service right away and they replaced my order with the size smaller. Love them 99 percent leakproof and I now have confidence that they won’t leak

This company charged me $130 for their EVERDRIES garments that did not work. I have written to this company several times requesting a refund. What they sent me was an offer of $12.52 off on their site, where I would have to spend more money. Here is the email content:
"Hi, it's Jess. I sent you $12.52 in store credit this morning and I wanted to make sure you saw it. You can use it on any order this weekend, and it stacks with whatever deals we have going on.
Just use code CREDIT1252 at checkout.
It's good through Sunday night, so you have the whole weekend to use it."

Absolute rubbish. Do not work as advertised. Not suitable for anyone with legitimate incontinence/urgency/mobility issues. Complete waste of money.
As an RN, I do not recommend. They pool the urine and create a falls risk when trying to remove underwear and then manage the mess.
Customer service do not reply to emails for refunds etc as advertised.

I just got them in the mail. Put a pair on and I sneezed. My pants and panties got wet.

Not as good as they say. If you go out for any length of time you have to change them all the time!
It is so much easier to wear a small pad as everdries don’t hold very much liquid at all.

In general customer service is good.
I found that even the super absorbent did not stop leaks at all,despite having only light incontinence.
European customers need to be aware that if a refund is due for any reason the product has to be returned to the USA,at considerable expense.
No returns can be made in Europe despite the order being sent from within Europe.
I will not be re ordering.

Was excited to order these boy shorts. However after 1st wearing they are terrible. Could feel the wet through the pants all the way down the inside seams. Very disappointed.

I ordered a 5 pack size XXL.
When they arrived they were far too small, I would guess around M (12/14 UK).
I’ve filled in request for return and refund on their customer service link twice and sent three email.
NOTHING!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Conned again!

I've been waiting for my refund since march...Emma constantly assurred me that it's an issue with their "financial side" ..I just get platitudes....continue with caution.

Terrible experience. They felt strange upon opening sort of crackly like paper but I decided to give them a try for a few days since they were inexpensive relatively speaking. Does not hold up to leaks or odors and do not waste your money.

I wrote to Jess (the company owner, who regularly sends email with a faux personal feel, promoting sales), noting that a single pair of underwear in my most recent order was strangely small. It was the additional pair I'd ordered (promoted at the end of a purchase, for a lesser price) along with a 5-pack. All were the same size, L. All of the pieces in the 5-pack fit very comfortably. The extra pair barely went up my hips! I sent a note, and Jess responded by sending a replacement pair. That pair too, was very small, and also had a hole in it! I wrote to Jess in December, but have yet to get a response. I'm very sad to say this, as I've been ordering regularly, but will move on to another company with more responsive customer service. I cannot recommend ordering from this company, as they don't back up their claims of great customer service.
