Dont buy from this company, still waiting for my order to arrive approx 8 weeks and nothing !! Impossible to get any feedback from the Company, total scam !!

Total rubbish. Took 6 weeks to arrive, then on first use the pump failed and is now seized. Have emailed support multiple times when it hadnt even shipped after 3 weeks and asked to cancel order. Now its broken on first use.

They represent their service and products deceptively. They advertise on their website that they are located in New York, but the law of Sri Lanka governs their terms and conditions. Please be aware of this when making any purchases; if necessary, your legal resource would be there, not in the US.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, tracking number didn't work, emailed twice to chase up finally was shipped today, no communication from then. I think i have been scammed like the below comments. Not a US company but a Chinese company masquerading as one. Selling cheap Chinese junk.....like Temu but worse

I wish I read other 1 star reviews before purchasing. This company is a major scam. I have emailed them 10x for an update on my order and have not received one response. I purchased November 27,2024 and it is nearly 2 months later and I have not received the product, nor a response from the company. THEY ARE A SCAM!! I am going to leave a review every day about this terrible company until I get my refund. I do not even want the product anymore. I have never experienced this poor of customer service in my life!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I ordered 2 oil dispenser and one came damaged. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a replacement lid. I appreciated their service.

I ordered 2 oil dispensers that had clear glass. Then realised that green/dark glass is better for keeping oil from going rancid. I contacted support and they sent me an invoice for extra payment for the green glass ones and cancelled the clear glass dispenser order. Later when I returned to email to pay the extra $, the invoice had disappeared. I have been trying for nearly 3 weeks to contact the support to provide me with that invoice and now I have asked for a full refund as they have not responded. So in summary they have my money I paid for the first oil dispensers where the order was cancelled and I have no product. These guys are scammers. DO NOT BUY. PS Evermire if you want me to delete this comment then please refund my money for products I never received.

Broken item and can't get a reply from the company. Don't waste your money!!!!

They use a cheap delivery company in Australia who went to the wrong address because they had not updated there google maps, they emailed me stating that by the sellers instruction they have to send back the items and now nobody from the Evermire is returning emails which then leads me to believe they no there are problem by the way there T&C's are written. Don't buy from them they don't care about there customers.

Had a great customer experience. The product is excellent for the cost.

The divise is compact and efficient. Like the fact that its glass. The top sprays well and has the option of pouring which is very convinient for cooking. I use olive oil for everything. This is the best I have found over many years. There had been a delay in shippng and the company was very responsive in follow up.

Very slow shipping and both dispensers broken on arrival. I purchased shipping insurance. Contacted Evermire who took a couple of weeks to respond then said they would send replacements but never did, that was 2 months ago now…. Terrible company to deal with, avoid…

Update: company is legit, however customer service is bad. Order tracking on website is incorrect. Took a month for delivery when they claimed one week.

I ordered 2 and the lids didnt work right so they sent out 2 new lids right away and they work great! great product I cant wit to give the other as a gift.

I did not receive shipping info but product was delivered in timely manner. Was recommended product by daughter-in-law who is very happy with it.

I haven't used the oil bottles I ordered yet and they look like a good product BUT the shipping experience was not good. I placed this order on 9/6 and did not receive it until 9/19. I contacted Evermire on 9/11 because I had no information about when it might ship and was told that there was a logistics issue (what does that mean?) and that shipping would be expedited and I would receive it soon. Eight days later is not expedited nor soon.

I ordered a pack of 2 olive oil spritzers—garbage construction. One arrived broken. I requested to return both as the item was not constructed well, and the second would break shortly. I was told they would charge me and could only replace the first one that had already broken. The reviews for this item are overwhelmingly positive and planted now that I received the item. Customer service responded slowly and without complete information. Avoid buying from this company.

SCAM!!! NOT A REAL BUSINESS!!!!

I am having the same issues everyone else is having. “Isabella” is emailing me from customer service. It’s been weeks since I placed my order and their tracking number is not real. When Isabella answers the email she says “soon.” What kind of answer is that?! I can’t get a refund or a response.

I ordered directly from this company two oil dispensers and 1 split spatula. The split spatula was ordered by mistake. I was not able to edit my cart, so thought i would just return it when it arrived. What a joke ! I have been emailing “Isabella” since the date of delivery (7/31/24) asking for a return address label. I received a response stating they can send me the return label but I would have to pay for the postage, they figured it would cost me $50. Because of the two glass bottles.
I had to send another email stating I wasn’t wanting to return the glass bottles. I want to return the plastic split spatula. I receive another email from Isabella stating “I see”. And that there would be no cost to ship it back to them. Again there was no shipping label.
Isabella said in another email they will send me an address label. That was a week ago.
This company’s customer service is horrible.

From first contact to the swift delivery, everything was done efficiently.
The product is exactly as described and very easy to use.
I purchased two and they are in constant use.
Extremely happy I opted for these as the quality is very good.
