My husband applied through Everthought and Nigel was really delightful he helped us with any queries we had and forward us onto Cain who was my husbands assessor he went above and beyond and made my husband feel like a valued student and customer he answered any questions without hesitation and gave an honest answer 5 stars aren’t enough for Cain and Nigel’s effort and we truly appreciate the customer service we received Thankyou once again Cain you were amazing honestly can’t fault the experience and this review is testament to that.

We left this company because they were not teaching us. Promises of going to the workshop but I was a student for a year and a half without ever seeing anything other than online modules. The worker I was with was asked to leave but still I’m finding myself having to cram 1st and 2nd Year units in with my 3rd 4th year units with a seperate company which is making for a stressful apprenticeship

Abdul was extremely fastidious in his work and his demeanour was excellent

As always, I have had no problems with Everthought Education. Adam and Mark, my trainers have been outstanding in pointing me in the right direction and making sure I get the right qualification quickly.

I approached Everthought several months ago about obtaining my Carpentry Certificate 3 through RPL and they were great to deal with, patiently waited while I pulled together the funds (admittedly it wasn’t cheap for what amounts to a few phone calls and emails backwards and forwards to obtain a literal piece of paper) but they were friendly and helpful to deal with and I am overall extremely satisfied with the experience. My assessor was Gavin and he was brilliant, if you are lucky enough to get him as your assessor rest assured that you’re in good hands.
Thanks guys, much appreciated. I may look into chasing Certificate 4 next (could I possibly get a discount as a loyal returning customer? haha).

The whole process from first contact until completion of the assessment was a very pleasant experience. Dealing with both Jessie and Shane during the process they were both very informative, helpful and courteous. The provided me with a detailed list of all the information they would require which once achieved made the process smooth and efficient.

Great experience, everyone evolved was more than helpful throughout the whole process!

After contacting Everthought their response time was very quick and within 48 hours I had enrolled and payed. Following that I was assigned a trainer Alex who was easy to talk to , very thorough with what was expected of me and exceptional with information.
I now have my cert 3 and highly recommend Alex and everthought Training

Shean was my trainer and excellent to deal with the whole process with everthought was great and stress free thankyou

The worst provider ever

It would be good if you stick to the training programme that was outlined at the beginning of the training, instead of after one training module was complete, your organisation changed the criteria,

That stinks.

Survey sent based on my completion of qualification when all that has happened to date is application and payment of fees. Nothing further has occured towards qualification.

The assessor was down to earth and extremely knowledgeable making the experience a stand out.

Everthought were great. There Assessor Trevor Heaton was amazing and helpful, he is a wealth of knowledge and I would definitely recommend Everthought .

Trainer was awesome had a bit of trouble with office working but all and all really helpful
