I ordered an Everton home top
I ordered an Everton home top. However it never appeared. I rang Customer service and they were very helpful. They investigated then called me back with details of a replacement. It arrived as promised.

Return process needs a big improvement
You cannot return an online order via the Everton One or Two shops.
The courier return process is arduous and it took nearly 4 weeks for my money to be returned after receiving confirmation of the collection.
I will not buy online from the Everton online shop again and probably not the shops, as their range is very limited.

The delivery took over 4 weeks to arrive. We were panicking that it would not arrive on time for our grandsons birthday. Thankfully it did, but only just. This really put me off from ordering from the online Everton shop.

You always get excellent customer service and orders always arrive on time. Never had a problem, a credit to the club and the hardworking staff, and you are also supporting the club directly rather than buying products from other retailers.
