Everton Avis 

I bought a top for my daughter for Christmas and it was filthy- I reordered and the 2nd one was dirtier than the first - trying to sort out returns has been such hard work, I have lost count of how many emails and calls I have made to sort it. I have asked to speak to managers to help me and that just keeps getting refused, I can’t believe there is no one that will listen to complaints ! I am still chasing up the 2nd refund today ! I cannot bear to order from Everton Direct again as I never want to deal with their customer services again, It is the worst I have ever dealt with

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Scandalous charge of £7.15 to return a small package. I couldn't find anywhere on website that tells you the amount or I certainly wouldn't have ordered. Still waiting for a refund. Will not be ordering again!

Terrible company. So much for the people's club. Make it really difficult to return items. Deduct postage both ways in contravention of consumer law. Everton don't look after their fans.

I order a jersey nearly three years ago and it never came. I asked for updates on my order multiple times and asked for a refund and have not received one. I feel like I feel as though I got scammed and I do not recommend this website. I will be reporting them as they have continually denied my request and made up excuses. Do not order from Everton shop as I feel like I have gotten scammed.

In a word, disappointed. I received an email saying my order has been despatched. I then received a further email saying my order has been delayed. Two weeks later I enquired about my order. No response. I emailed again. This time I got a response, but not the one I expected. I was told my money would be refunded. No explanation as to what had happened to my order & no offer to resend it. This was to be a Christmas present for my son. So my experience of Everton Direct is not a happy one. No goods & the poorest of service.

Went to check out and for no reason at all they wanted a 99p transaction fee. Why don’t they just put the price up front, hiding secret charges is a nonsense.

Absolutely terrible company. Order never arrived which was a Christmas present and I am from Northern Ireland and cannot buy everton kits here anywhere (ive looked). Kept telling me to wait another day but nothing !!! Waited 15 minutes on hold only for someone to answer and hang up on me. I've still no top or a refund. Would not recommend or order from them again. Be WARNED all you toffee fans.

Weeks on still waiting for refunds, Customer Service useless! They use delaying tactics to refrain from refunding for non delivery of goods by their useless Carrier Evri !
Will never buy Everton Kits or Souvenirs from Everton Direct aka Fanatics ever again ! I will go to a proper Everton Fc Shop in future !

Not received order placed over a month ago- tried to contact customer services on every platform with no success. Going to ask bank to retrieve money for goods not received as I can’t even get hold of them to cancel my order/ get a refund. Waste of time an space that website!

If I could leave a zero rating I would. Ordered a gift for my nephew.recieved an email stating it had been dispatched with tracking number. When I track item delivery company say awaiting package. Customer services don’t exist. No reply to emails. Can’t get through on phone, live chat none existent. Absolute waste of a company

Nonexistent customer service. Despite contacting them via email 3 times, over the phone, attempting to get hold of someone via live chat and also via Twitter both by tweeting and DM-ing them, they have not responded. They are impossible to get hold of.

Realised that I had ordered the wrong item so tried to get in touch multiple times (over a week) to cancel or change the order. No one available on the chat service, when I phoned up I waited in a queue before being transferred to a silent call with no one there. Sent multiple emails to customer services explaining my issue and not one has been replied to over 2 weeks. So now I’m going to have to fork out £6 to return an item that could and should have been canceled. Totally avoidable cost if they had decent customer services.

No return note inside bag as needed to return good. Sent email and phoned to Everton Direct, but no reply. Unable to return goods via Evri website as didn't recognise Everton FC as return retailer. Shocking service!

Absolute joke i ordered a top and was sent some cheap looking badly printed shirt that was NOTHING like the picture they advertised ? I have had to pat £5.90 to return this cheap looking item back to them ! I have emailed and messaged and have no correspondence whatsoever , this company is an absolute disgrace i would advise to stay well clear of them.

Everton direct are the worst online store I have ever dealt with . No order is ever right , not a single one yet has been for me . Order clothing for Xmas all size medium ordered received all size small , called up , was asked to reply to an email THEY sent me with pictures to confirm this , which was done straightaway , reply day later with I can't see the faults , I ve taken pictures of every single item Label and tag confirming wrong size . Also put a description on the email of the problem. .but they can't see the fault , called up customer services, they can't see the photos ....what ?? Well someone has ,so why cant you . Honestly they need to invest in their customer services massively . Usually only deal with the shop now as they are different . But thought I would try take advantage of a black Friday offer , wish I hadn't bothered now as I know from previous experience of dealing with these I won't see the correct items or my money bk this side of Xmas. Will take at least another 20 emails and calls . Why did I bother ???

Horrendous service. Multiple orders they’ve sent the wrong item it wrong size. Don’t even bother trying to contact them to rectify!!! They don’t respond and the phone number goes to a voicemail. Avoid!!

Returns policy is an absolute joke, having to pay £6 to return an item that has been delivered broken. Then if I want to order again I have to pay the delivery fee again. Tried going into the shop but apparently they're completely different. Absolute joke. Meant to be "the people's club", doesn't feel like it anymore.
