I’m not sure if this is a legitimate…

I’m not sure if this is a legitimate company? I made an order. Chased for dispatch info and the customer services email was incorrect. Chased on social media and finally got a reply that promised correct customer services contacts and that my package was winging its way to me. Customer services email address is still wrong and now my order has been cancelled with no communication from that. At best this is terrible customer services, at what this company is taking customer money with no intention to supply or be contactable!

I would give no stars if i could

I would give no stars if i could, i tried to purchase an eyeshadow palette twice & on both occassions it WAS IN STOCK until i paid then got an e-mail informing me that it was out of stock, i checked the website again & said palette is INSTOCK but the price has been bumped up so i won't be purchasing a third time as i won't get the order i will get an email saying it's out of stock & i won't try buying anything else!!!!!!

No updates when ordered till 5 days…

No updates when ordered till 5 days later a week later still no items given a tracking that doesn’t work very bad experience won’t be ordering again

Hi Andrea, this is incorrect information. We sent you an email with tracking number on Sunday 31st January 2022. We also sent you a text message with the tracking number. Please forward us your email and we can send you the proofs. Many thanks

No delivery

I placed an order over a week ago and have received no delivery confirmation

This is the first time I’ve placed an order it’s a little concerning

Thank you for your feedback. But please note that this is incorrect information. You placed your order on 1st January, which was a bank holiday weekend, ending on Tuesday 4th. Your order has been sent to Royal Mail, once they set to deliver your item, we get notified and then provide you with tracking information. Due to bank holidays & COVID, there are minor delays.
