Avoid this company at all costs! Our experience with Everyday Voip has been hugely disappointing. Several times we had major issues with our calls not working to other countries, and their customer service is extremely poor. When we asked for assistance, they simply told us, "We cannot help you at all since this is out of our control." On top of the awful network service, they are now falsely claiming we owe them money. For instance, they charged us an extra £7 this month, even though the funds for our payment were sitting in our bank account ready to go since April 1st. In their emails, they had the nerve to treat us like we were the ones dodging payment, but actually, they are the thieves and con artists here. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are so many better companies out there with much nicer support teams and reliable networks. Save yourself the headache!

Complete rip off.

Signed up for these guys even though I felt the user web page was lacking.
On the same day I found a better supplier so tried to cancel my account. There is nothing on the web page to allow it, the chat line ignores you, the phones go unanswered as do emails.
They continue to try to take the monthly payments with any communication ignored so I have resorted to putting a block on the card for this account.

PLEASE, IF YOU WANT VOIP IGNORE THIS COMPANY. DISCGUSTED WITH THEM.

Everyday Voip are total garbage

App is terrible and no longer receives incoming calls, am being billed £8 a month extra for no reason, cannot contact customer services via email or on their direct contact number, support tickets are ignored*, account is suspended for at least 6 hours every billing date (account is frozen, i'm notified a payment needs to be made, then the payment is taken, then the account is reactivated and only then am I sent an invoice), *three service requests have been actively ignored, and phone call quality is utter garbage, 95% of the time.

I cannot stress strongly enough how disappointed I am with this service. I will be changing supplier ASAP (have been with these fools for at least 2 years now, but I'll admit, I thought things would improve over that time) and discussing my complaint with OFCOM (as I have notified Everyday Voip, a minimum of 6 weeks to several months ago).

Highly recommend you avoid this service & any of its affiliates.

I emailed EveryDay Voip 18 days ago to inform them that I cannot receive incoming calls, callers get one ring and then a number unobtainable tone.

They responded with a reference number 16403777934 and since then .... nothing!!!

This is the second time I've had problems (the first time they told me I needed to update my router software) so I'm close to ditching tyhem and going for a different Voip provider.

I wish I would have looked at this…

I wish I would have looked at this reviews before starting using their services.
I purchased a plan on the 16th of November 2024 (last saturday) for a SIP trunk with the option of "No Contract without IP device", which I assumed would be like any no contract service in the world, but apparently for this company it means "All our plans have no contract and 12/24 months commitment " which makes no sense, how is a no contract have a commitment (contract) of 12/24 months.
There isn't anything on the website when you are purchasing saying that we are entering in a 12 months contract.
Again I believe consumers have the right to cancel a contract in the UK during the first 14 days, yet after 3 days they already told me I would need to pay the whole 12 months if I want to cancel.
They initially charged me £1, then £12.50, but because I was not able to do outbound calls, I called them today the 18th of November and that is when I found out I was stuck on 12 months contract for something I just purchased to test and review a new sip server.
Please STAY away from this company.
I don't really like to look or rely on reviews, but I can see now that they can be very helpful to identify companies that are just trying to take money from people.
I will speak with the Citizens Advice UK to see what I can do, we need to report this company so this doesn't happen to other people.

Non existant support…

Everyday were good when we first set up the account however things went downhill.
About 6 months ago we lost overnight some of the systems features which can only be due to them being disabled by Everyday.
I raised 3 seperate support tickets for this problem and had back confirmation that the tickets had been raised. However there was never any action/contact undertaken on any of these (hence the reason I raised 3 support requests). In the end gave up and swapped to Vonage.
So all I can say is that when the system is working as it should be then Everyday is fine but if anything goes wrong you are on your own and you won't get any help or support.
You have been warned.

Service was suspended on 1st day of the…

Service was suspended on 1st day of the month.
I had validated payment methods set up, but their system decided I did not. The billing page showed no invoices due and none unpaid, infact it showed nothing at all. If they are going to be so heavy handed in their administration, then they had better get it right in the first place.

No customer service, will take your money

The reviews display a clear pattern. everydayvoip.uk focuses on providing a service for companies, but ripping off the residential customers. I signed up for £5.99 service, cancelled with 14 days, ended up being charged £105. No replies to my emails, phone calls or messages Don’t waste your time and money. Avoid them.

Unresponsive Customer Service

I signed up for PAYG and then changed my mind within 14 days. All emails I have received from them come from a noreply address. The only way I can contact them is through the chat screen on their webpage, which they ignore. It was not clear that I was signing up for a repeating payment and they have taken two payments now and provided no service whatsoever. Avoid this company like the plague.

Wish there was negative rating star. Everyday Voip UK

Been using the service for over an year, suddenly after an year account is under review and services are barred without any prior notice. Such bad support and unprofessional customer service. I wish could give them a negative star. They do not even honour their own terms and conditions. Moving to a different provider.

They refuse to give information... in a strange way.

Trying to get some information on their products, and it is impossible, they keep demanding my name, even after repeatedly supplying it to them. That is after I get what I believe to be human, as most of the time it is a bot that yet again, is not there to give information, just your name and email. This was the 3rd and final attempt to get clarification on their service.

No customer service, even in sales.

Illegal early cancellation charge

I signed up for a subscription and changed my mind and cancelled the following day.
I was unable to contact their customer services.
When I cancelled on their portal, I was warned about an early termination charge - which I though must be a mistake because I am cancelling within 14 days.
Apparently not - they have taken the money from my card. Unable to contact them by phone and their online chat is unmonitored.

Smooth transition & great app

Had several concerns having looked at these reviews prior to signing up, but we called in and spoke with a lady in the sales team in London who was really helpful and ensured a smooth transition for our business. Porting has been smooth and the app is very user friendly.

PAYG charges for INCOMING calls

EverydayVOIP's PAYG service attracts incoming call charges, whether the call is answered or not. If the call reaches their switch, you get billed per minute - and this is nowhere to be found on publicly visible web pages or Pricing & Coverage pages at the time of writing (I have an open ticket asking for that to be corrected).

So far, I've paid out £65 for service, porting my landline number & purchasing an ATA adapter (currently locked to them) that has charged me for 4 unanswered calls - I cannot stop incoming calls, even by unplugging the ATA.

If this had been made known at the time of ordering, I could either have opted for a 12 month contract (given how open and honest they aren't, I wouldn't recommend it), or gone elsewhere. I'm going elsewhere once I get answers on how portable the ATA is - and will be looking to claw back charges for a service "significantly not as described".

Definitely mis-sold, borderline fraudulently advertised and with no understanding of UK distance selling regulations. I feel conned and scammed.

Edit: I've reconsidered "borderline fraudulently advertised" - when a company sells a service, but omits a key detail like "we charge for incoming calls, but only for PAYG customers" and there's absolutely no statement of this on public/portal accessible pages, that's not borderline - it's fraud, whether the intent to defraud was there or not - I paid money for a service with charges over and above those published.

Our PAYG plan, is a chargeable plan per call, despite incoming or outgoing. As Voip is a digital service, whether your ATA is online or offline, or if you’re using our mobile app, incoming calling would be chargeable at 0.01 per minute as per our tariff. Alternatively, we have minute plans and unlimited plan which starts from £5.99 which includes unlimited inbound calling.

9 months without service

I signed up with Everydayvoip after having been assured by their customer service team that my handset was compatible with their system through an ATA device
They sent this through and started billing me but it did not work. I contacted them and was told to contact the ATA manufacturer instead. Tried that and went round in circles trying all the factory reset options. Nothing.
Got back in touch with Everydayvoip and tried to resolve but 9 months in and no service.
Requests to stop charging me until I could use the service were ignored. Customer service/technical support were useless - at one point wanting to remote access my computer to investigate an issue with my phone! Eventually contact from Customer Services became rude.
Finally had a lengthy chat session with Customer Services to be told that my handset doesn't work with their system (funnily enough, it was the same person who had told me 9 months before that it was compatible).
I submitted a formal complaint, and chased every week for three weeks but getting silence.
Wish I had never believed their lies at the outset.
Tin pot company, incompetent staff, don't waste your time.

When I initially signed up I was…

When I initially signed up I was looking for unlimited calls to Africa, which wasn’t offered. They however offered me a discounted pay as you go calling plan which I still use to today. I have no issues with the service and it’s perfect for use on the go. I was also provided a number for Kenya which works perfect to keep in touch with my call center team.
