Bit concerning that when I asked about…
Bit concerning that when I asked about my last treatment (first of 6) when coming in for my second treatment they had no record of it and thought I’d only been in for a patch test, despite the fact the practitioner specifically told me she’d used the same settings as my previous session. When probed, they started to back track and say they did have all my details there but it didn’t fill me with confidence that they are keeping track of the strength of laser used, where on your body, and therefore the safety of the treatment. The experience was also vastly different with the practitioner this time versus last in terms of how thorough and careful she was.
Update: Appreciate the detailed reply below - Glad to hear you now have my records in one place so there wont be any confusion moving forward.

Regarding the difference in experience, we do have a mix of senior and less experienced therapists, which can sometimes lead to slight variations in style. While all are fully trained, we're sorry your second session didn't feel as thorough, and we'll be sharing your feedback with the team.

Such a great clinic! I have been going for years now. Very professional, every practitioner I’ve had is lovely. Zara in particular is fabulously thorough and efficient with the laser!

It was nice experience. Clinic was very clean and receptionist was very friendly and polite. But Ewalina was amazing she did my microneedling and it was very good. I am having that treatment since 2017 and changed lots of clinic but the way she is doing its amazing.also she is very professional and give excellent advice. Explain all treatment and after care properly.
