They never sent the dress I ordered

They never sent the dress I ordered. They only send automatic answers when you write. I ask my bank to help me with this problem and they solved it afer 2 months. I received all the money back. Don’t order in this shop!!!

It has now been 11 months

It has now been 11 months. Nothing still from them. One more month and it will have been a year since I've ordered. I'm pretty much chalking it up to last money, but I will still be reviewing every month it has not arrived. The customer service is non existent.

Nothing Cute About It.

The item was cheaper on their site than anywhere else. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. I emailed them 5 days ago and have not received a response. So I messaged them on live chat yesterday. I never received a response there either. Dont do it. I found these reviews. It's amazing they can respond to defend their selves here but can't respond to the customers about the issues or orders. I'll pay double elsewhere just not to deal with this.

Nine Months and Counting

This is my third review and I'll keep putting them up until I get my dress. I've texted the number provided, e-mailed multiple times,l and I've kept the "live chat" open for hours hoping for a response. DO NOT BUY!!!

5 months and waiting........

Placed my order back in March hoping to receive the tops and dress by April for my daughter's birthday. Wow was I wrong! It's now August, 5 months since i placed my order and I have nothing to show for it. Still waiting..........on communication, on a response, on anything to be honest! Initially I was told that the tops I ordered were on back order and would I like to hold everything until the full order was filled....stupid me said yes, although I'm not sure it would have resulted in anything different had I said no anyway! I can not get a response from them at all.....and I just want my money back please. Disgusting (lack of) service to take people's money and ghost us in return.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK >:(((

I was very excited to buy clothes from this company so I ordered three sets of clothes! I got my first package without a hitch but it’s been 9 MONTHS and I still have NOT Received my other two orders!!! I’ve reached out through BOTH TEXT AND EMAIL and have been either been ghosted or sent to an automated message. I am NOT very happy and I wish they’d at LEAST give me a refund for the outfits I did NOT receive! The clothes may be cute but I will NOT be buying here again.

ordered in April 20 and havent received them yet

I ordered some shoes in April 20, 2023 and was lucky enough to change my shoe color in May. This is when I received a email saying I will receive an updated by the end of the month(May)…I never did and since then have been emailing them with no response since.

Feels like i have been robbed . . .

Much like the others in this review section , i placed an order months ago . It was for a bed sheet set ! It has been almost 70 days since my order and i have never received a shipping confirmation . I sent an email , got no response . I have recently sent a second one and am waiting on a reply . At this point , really just hoping for my money back ! Very frustrated , would not recommend risking your money .

Never received my order from 4 months ago, ghosted my email

My order was placed in November 2022, the order is Cute6421, been reaching out through email and Instagram, but no reply from customer service at all!!!!

The seller and company are a huge scam, they take the money and run, ghost customers. I have visual proof and receipt for purchase, will take legal action and report the company.

Do not recommend purchasing any items from this store.

Buyers beware they may scam you

I placed an order in September and the package arrived in October but it only had half of the items I ordered. I reached out to the customer care and they said my order was split into "2 packages."

It's now February and I still haven't gotten the other half of my items, i've reached out every few weeks for the past few months but I don't get very good responses back and now their customer care is ghosting me. ( I have visual proof of this, as I know they'll claim in the comments that they were not ignoring me ).

I'll be reporting this company as a scam as it's not okay to just take a customer's money and run. If they lost the package, all I want is a refund or my items reshipped out instead of just having my pleas for help ignored.

EDIT: Good to see that leaving a negative review got them to respond to my emails. Not the response i wanted because they mixed up my order where i'm missing half my items up with a completely differant order of mine...?

The tracking info they commented below shows my first package ( which was indeed delivered to me on November 3rd) but the second package tracking info they commented says "Status Not Available" which isn't helpful.

Update: Still being ghosted and they also tried to take down my review, i sent a dispute to my bank in hopes I get a partial refund as I know there's 0 chance i'll get my money back from them.

Didn’t get the correct item that I bought

I bought a Sanrio bed linnen and a pillowcase. I waited over three months for my package to arrive and when it arrived I didn’t even get what I bought!! I got some kinds of leggings instead of the bed linen that I paid for!! Don’t buy from this website!
(I also bought some other stuff in the same order that was correct)

First order , long shipping, happy with my Jirai Set.

I placed my first order on September 23. They didn't ship it until November 6. I received it on November 18. I live in The Netherlands. I was worried at first because its my first time buying there. I had submitted a paypal dispute, but I had withdrawn it when I received a message from them that they would send a tracking code at the end of the week. And they did. That was sure promising. The customer service answered all my messages on their chat and via email. That was certainly great.

Only the shipping days don't match what they say. It did take a bit longer then 10 to 20 days~ . I think because they had to order it from the relevant store.
I sent it with USPS and that worked out fine.

Overall i am happy with my Jirai set by the brand Kitten Bxllet. I will only suggest buying at Everything Cute Club if you don't mind waiting a long time for your order to be shipped and delivered.

Scammed me for one of the two products I ordered

I’ve ordered two items in May, received one and now am being ghosted by the Customer service. Both items were a pre order, and now since so much time has passed I cannot even file a complaint with PayPal. I’ve given them the benefit of a doubt AND more time, you know, shipping problems etc., and they did send one of the products, so the second should follow, right?
I’ve received tracking information after repeatedly asking for my second product. That tracking hasn’t changed since the 4th October. After that: ghost city. Very convenient since I gifted you so much time I cannot get my money back.
Stay away from them!

Edit: that is a very convenient explanation, that you were able to provide within a weekend! Yet my emails since the 26th October stayed unanswered. I don’t remember your website specifically providing the info that the “First Class international shipping” is absolutely UNTRACEABLE. I’m not sure where those time estimates come from that you’ve mentioned. You cannot possibly expect your customers to wait months for the items to be shipped in the first place and then “just hope for the best” for another couple of months, because “99% of the untraceable packages arrive at some point”….. Because, as I’ve mentioned, if you wait long enough you cannot file a claim with PayPal anymore.
This changes absolutely NOTHING about my experience: I’ve been ghosted, I still haven’t received the item or any info if I’m going to receive it at all. So it changes nothing about my rating.

Thanks for your info. We are glad that the first package was successfully delivered! You told us the lipstick was missing so we shipped it out in mid October. You chose the Standard USPS international shipping. Your first package took around 50 days to arrive. We have 0 control over the international shipping speed and custom fee. It has been less than a month for the second package, we strongly suggest to wait couple weeks. You mentioned the ghost city… because it is USPS first class international shipping SOMETIMES it is untraceable after it left us. It happens to many of the packages and 99% of them are successfully delivered.
Here is the info found on the website you can also google it in case you think we lied to you. We strongly suggest customer to choose priority shipping methods they are faster and with insurance

“ First Class International
First class international is untrackable. Once it’s been sent it’s out of our control. There is no way to track it and there is no proof of delivery or shipment. (That's why it’s so low cost!). It also doesn't have expedited brokerage, which means packages can "sit in customs" for up to 4-6 weeks. Although this is rare it does happen. Packages are sometimes not delivered at all (1% of cases), so this method is to be used at your own risk! However, it is generally fairly dependable, arriving with a week or two 95% of the time. Insurance is automatically calculated and added to your order. Lost package claims may be filed between 45 and 90 days after shipment. It is not a recommended service and only permitted for orders under $300.”

Extremely Slow, Customer Service Will Ghost You

Ordered a messenger bag in May 12th, did not receive it until today, September 19th. Had I not filled a dispute with my credit card company last week, I'm sure I would've never gotten it. I sent various emails to their contact page and used their built-in chat a month (June), then two months after ordering it (July), nothing came of it, never received a tracking number UNTIL I filled the charge dispute. If you *must* order something from them, make sure you do it through PayPal or, even better, a major credit card company like American Express or Capital One. That's the only way you're guaranteed to get your item, or your money back.

Two stars because I *did* end up receiving my item, but minus three stars because poor communication, lack of transparency, and contemptible business practices (sends out the item only after a major credit card company is involved).

EDIT (9/20/22): Since they replied, I'll state this took longer than their stated 90 days—it took 4 months, so approximately 120 days. That would've been fine with communication, but there was none. They had no problems sending me emails with the tracking number and a confirmation of delivery this week, however.

Thanks for your info. We didn’t receive any disputes from the bank so we weren’t able to locate your order. Now we figured it out.
On PayPal we received this dispute on September17th while your order was shipped out two days ago before we received the dispute. Again if we know this order is involved in the dispute we will not release the shipment.
The tracking number & order confirmation emails will be sent out automatically by systems. We searched again your email address xxxx gothi.cc we couldn’t find the email you sent to us.
I am sorry that for the contact form and online chat were not what we suggested for order requests. On the contact form page we wrote “ order inquires email” The contact form are mostly used for re-stock information or other questions. Sorry again for this confusing situation.



General products require 10~20 business days, pre-order items require up to 90 days to be shipped out. For the kuromi bags, we shipped out the other customers order first but your order was missed. As soon as we realized it, we sent you a reimbursement gift card to your account plus the coupon (it was sent in the package).
