As explained in our ongoing email and phone communication, your evisa request was processed on 5th December, the same day you lodged your application into our system, and it was then forwarded to the Immigration Office of Saudi Arabia for review. We once again would like to highlight the fact that the final decision concerning granting the approval rests solely with the Saudi Arabian authorities. The Entry Visa Form issued by the Immigration Office allows the Applicant to complete the the visa procedures at the indicated Saudi Mission. Since our service was provided, meaning that your evisa request was processed by us and forwarded to the Immigration Office (together with a nonrefundable consular fee), we cannot cancel your application and proceed with a refund.

Le 14 octobre, je suis tombé sur cette entreprise par hasard. J'ai effectué les formalités, en fait j'ai rempli le formulaire et le questionnaire du gouvernement indien. J'ai payé 2 fois 79€. J'ai reçu cette réponse "we have temporarily placed your application on hold". Je dois partir dans 5 jours et je n'ai pas reçu les visas qui me sont nécessaire pour ne pas être refusé à l'embarquement.
J'ai reçu les Evisa à temps et rapidement, mais les frais de dossiers sont prohibitifs. 25$ le vrai coût du evisa. En 2017 j'avais effectué la démarche par le site officiel. Je n'ai pas remarqué de plus value à utiliser un service privé par rapport au site officiel.

the price of eVisas is visible from the beginning of the process. We are an agency that processes visas and we are an intermediary between the client and the Immigration Office. Therefore, the price with us is different from the price offered by the government pages. In addition, the price changes depending on the page or the agency. If you apply with us, you can count on a group of experienced specialists who deal with your application, contact with immigration offices and review all data before submitting to the Government Visa Departments. This significantly increases the Applicant's chances of getting their application approved.
