While their service was quick, their attention to detail made the whole effort pointless. they sent our visas to the wrong email address, and we missed my father's funeral as a result. They then refused to contact us when we complained. Not reccomended.

Shaun is a legend, I was very late with my application due to illness and wasn't sure I would be able to fly. I explained I needed a visa for Thursday, this was at 4 o'clock on Tuesday He said he would do his best but that worst case scenario is it could take longer than I needed but would do his best.
