Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
Shame it's not a very good one, as we do everything possible in our power to make all of our customers happy.
We replied to your email within the hour advising that we had your Fleecy Hoodie in stock, and that we had ordered the Fleecy Sweat in one of our daily JB’s Wear orders on Monday 19/01 (the first business day since you placed your order on the Saturday).
They can take 2-3 days to arrive to us.
I checked with the warehouse and advised yours had arrived that day 22/01.
It was due to be dispatched the following morning via Aust Post Standard, and offered you the option of changing to Express Post if you needed quicker than the standard 4 business days that was quoted by Aust Post to your address. I wrote in the email If we don’t hear from you by the following day, we would just send out standard post as ordered.
We didn't hear back, hopefully you received my email.
I can see it has been delivered.
I hope you enjoy your JB's Wear products.

Best less items for embroidery.
I had 2 uniforms embroidered and bought the product (JB’s) with them as well. I’m so happy with the product especially with the embroidery ❤️. The customer service was quick, shout out to Kylie. Shipping was fast as well, arrive within two weeks after ordering. Highly recommended place for those who want less than 5 items that needed embroidery.

Evoke have absolutely nailed the uniforms for our business. Fantastic quality embroidery & quick turn around time.
They are one of the only businesses offering online ordering in small order quantities which was a huge plus for our small business which does not need heaps of items.
