Great prices, effective communication and delivery
I'm always nervous about buying big purchases, but relieved with prompt response to my query regarding length of time it would take to dispatch for delivery.
Response exceeded my expectation and it was delivered within anticipated timeframe.
Received treadmill within the week from order date.
The delivery window was the entire day but was told if I called on the morning of schedule delivery date, they should be able to provide a much closer time. Which I did, and the delivery time, again was pretty accurate. Need to be somewhat forgiving in Melbourne traffic.
It was clear what was in/out of the delivery service.
Lucky for me the set up was in the garage, so the delivery driver was more than happy to pull the treadmill into the garage.
The product itself (Lifespan Boost 2) was very easy for me (40yo female) to assemble myself! Bit of effort to push/pull the treadmill into its actual spot.
Would recommend buying any heavy/significant equipment from Evolution Fitness,

LOVE THIS MOB
For the past 20 years I have been buying all my gym equipment from the owner/s of Evolution Fitness, they are the most honest people in the industry, they have always been there to help with there undisputed knowledge, pricing and ease of purchase. For 7 years of this time I owned a commercial gym and I never went anywhere else for the equipment.
Absolutely hands down the best place to deal with.

The staff members are brilliant and loyal with an excellent knowledge of the equipment that I brought for my partner. I had no knowledge of it and they guided me through it even they offered to deliver and put together for me.
Luckily my partner put it together with the instructions they given to us and he’s happy with his gift from me. Thank you!!

Had to wait 2 months for it to be delivered which I understand, since i ordered it around Christmas time, but when they did send my order they delivered a treadmill which made me have to wait a another week for the item I ordered but accidents happen

We appreciate your feedback and completely understand how frustrating the delay and incorrect delivery would have been. While delays can happen over peak periods, the mix-up shouldn’t have occurred, and we’re working to improve this.

SCAM! DONT ORDER FROM HERE
I was told my order would be shipped straight away, so I placed my order on 04/12 and it is currently 24/01 and I still haven’t received it! I keep asking for updates and either no one will reply to me or they tell me it’s been shipped, or they will get back to me, and they never do. I’m pretty sure I’ve just been scammed out of almost $3000! Worst experience ever!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the delays with your delivery.
We’d like to clarify that your full order has now been successfully delivered. Unfortunately, one carton within the shipment was misplaced by the courier while in transit, which caused an unexpected delay outside of our control. Throughout this process, tracking details and shipping updates were provided, and we remained in communication with both yourself and the courier to assist with resolving the matter.
When you spoke to the courier directly, you requested that they not ship the partial shipment until the missing carton had been located, so your order could be delivered complete rather than in separate deliveries.
We do need to respectfully note that stating our business is a “scam” is both inaccurate and damaging, particularly when all goods have been supplied in full. We are an Australian-based business that has been operating for many years and always stands behind the products we sell.
We understand how stressful delays can be, especially on a significant purchase, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
Quality and Trust in fitness
Have been a client for years, the recommendations are always on spot for equipment and accessories. The knowledge and customer support are well above standard, the line of Apollon supplements available are unique and tremendous quality. I can’t say enough of my experience as a customer, highly recommended!

Great customer service in all areas
Great customer service. I was given a great opportunity to discuss my needs, not only with my fitness goals, but also with equipment options to reach those goals also.
Lots of options to chose from and the after sales servicing was prompt and installation was communicated with install staff making the experience unique in itself.
